Absolutely đŻ toooo much salt OMG. if You don't have high blood pressure. Go to this KFC and you will definitely have high blood pressure When you leave cause that salt is ridiculous on that chicken. I can't even eat the skin on it because it's so salty. I won't be going back there. That's really crazy. Taste your chicken seasoning before giving it to your customers. WOW

Chicken was hot and fresh. The doors weren't unlocked till 45mins after they where supposed to be open. Order was supposed to be ready at 1005. Didn't get it till almost 11.

I went to this location earlier today and the people working the drive thru had attitudes but I didnât let it bother me. I went this evening because my son wanted some after work and he placed his order online on the way there. Well when we got there, they once again had attitudes at the drive thru and this was a different shift, and they wouldnât give us the order saying that they couldnât verify it when we were clearly showing them the confirmation email and the order number. I left and came back so that they could either cancel it or make the order and my daughter went inside with my son and they stated that they wouldnât do either one, they were rude, the manager never identified herself and one of the employees thought she was going to hit me, as well as the large black male that was working there. The whole staff needs to be fired and they should hire new people. If you donât like your job in the food industry and having to deal with people, donât work there.

Went there tonight and ordered a 2 pc original. Had to wait 16 mins for the chicken. Once I received it I noticed I was missing my biscuit and the chicken was extremely too small and crispy not original. So I went back and asked for the manager. I was then told thatâs how the chicken come and that theyâve been out of biscuits for 2 days. I said no one informed me of that. She said the sign is on the drive thru board. And that they was out of chicken for tonight. I said so u only cooked 2 pieces for me. She said we sold it all. I only seen one truck after me. I will never ever eat at this location again. Eastern blvd in Montgomery is the a meat location to eat at. I was just closer to west south at the time. So unprofessional and unconcerned about the customer ms satisfaction.

I recently ordered from kfc on the south blvd they proceed to say they gave my order to someone else . The manager & staff was very rude & disrespectful.

Worse kfc I ever have been too .waited 20 mins for my food and when the food finally came out the chicken was way over greasy and soggy I ate 2 peices and the best thing outta the whole order was the mashpatatos . Iâll never eat at this location agian .
Service was great and food was good. They most definitely have a plumbing problem because there is a strong sewage smell in the dining room.

I only bought a famous bowl combo pull up to the mic the lady seem like she wanted me to hurry up. I pulled up to the window no greeting she just took the payment push my bag out the window and walked off . I live 3 mins away the bowl was cold I had to warm it up the cheese wasnât melted it was just that cold no utensils and straw. I am like are yall serious. And this time I was a older lady surprising to me KFC yall have to do better

Service was horrible. I order a 4 piece extra crispy, they gave me original, then on top of that I didn't get my biscuit. I asked for extra crispy, supervisor replied with "that comes in original only". I was like well I don't want it, I ordered extra crispy before. They have nasty attitudes plus it took forever for my food to get done. I WANT BE GOING BACK.
