Worse kfc I ever have been too .waited 20 mins for my food and when the food finally came out the chicken was way over greasy and soggy I ate 2 peices and the best thing outta the whole order was the mashpatatos . I’ll never eat at this location agian .

I only bought a famous bowl combo pull up to the mic the lady seem like she wanted me to hurry up. I pulled up to the window no greeting she just took the payment push my bag out the window and walked off . I live 3 mins away the bowl was cold I had to warm it up the cheese wasn’t melted it was just that cold no utensils and straw. I am like are yall serious. And this time I was a older lady surprising to me KFC yall have to do better

Service was horrible. I order a 4 piece extra crispy, they gave me original, then on top of that I didn't get my biscuit. I asked for extra crispy, supervisor replied with "that comes in original only". I was like well I don't want it, I ordered extra crispy before. They have nasty attitudes plus it took forever for my food to get done. I WANT BE GOING BACK.

If I pay almost 10 dollars for just the chicken pot pie. I would assume that it would be full But no. I have less than a third of the feelings and all of the bread topping that just popped off like a can of coke being opened. Want have to worry about any more of money.
It's been awhile since I've been here, but this time around I am pleased to say I enjoyed my dinner, I got a famous bowl, and pot pie with sweet tea, like always the pie was on point and bowl, but I miss that BlackBerry tea and lemon and the strawberry one, I swear I would eat kfc everyday if you carried my favorite drinks daily...please please please bring them back to Montgomery and the gal bag please please please please please please please

The manager of this establishment as of 05/11/2024 should be ashamed. Poor staffing. Poor staff. And improperly prepared for customers because they want to shut down 30 minutes before closing. An hour before closing they magically never have any fried chicken left at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. RIDICULOUS!!!
