First of all, I ordered original 8 piece meal and got overcooked Krispy and I order original.undercook corn it was cold and no seasoning butter nothing Yes it was nasty. I put it in a pot and finished cooking it. But I couldn't eat the chicken it was hard and dry. So you might as well say, that was a waste of $31.54.

I ordered the 3 piece tenders, green beans, tea, and dipping sauce. My order was repeated to me, but when I got home I discovered there was no dipping sauce. I had to wait in the parking lot for 25 minutes for my order to be brought out to me. The tenders were tasty, but VERY small. The beans were delicious.

Came there last night at 9 order a mash meal they got my food wrong an I waited for a hour for my food was not mad just glad I got my food. I called the manager this morning to tell her my problem. She told me she going to give me what they forgot. No ma’am give me my money back for wasting my time. So started getting smart with me the manager an hung up the phone. This how you guys train your staff. What is the protocol or what’s in the hand book about customer service. I asked the manager for her name she did not say. Who do I contact on this mattter because this is sad and am coming up there. Talk to me with respect an I promise this the last person you talk to like that. Called them back they took the phone off the hook. KFC type guys hire people like this this who you guys stand behind. Somebody need to contact me . Ticket number: 1113 store number : J718308

Bad customer service order pick up at 1:17 and set pick up time for 1:45 and my food still wasn’t ready and was told to come in the lobby and wait another 25 minutes for my food i would’ve order over a hr before and it’s not the first time with this establishment and also have had the run around to get a refund on a order that o haven’t even received will be leaving a bad review and never patronizing this establishment again

It’s always a pleasure to come to this location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love how they suggest things I don’t even know KFC sell. Like them Apple poppers them things are so good I’ll eat about 10 lol 😂

Staff rude when taking orders on my receipt it said Zaria was the cashier it was 3 young disrespectful ladies with bad attitudes taking my order they was having a whole conversation with each other then nerve to get smart
Great place to eat especially if you love the famous chicken 🤣 the experience with the employees and managers make you feel like you at home. Stop by and try I promise you won’t regret it.
