Bad customer service order pick up at 1:17 and set pick up time for 1:45 and my food still wasn’t ready and was told to come in the lobby and wait another 25 minutes for my food i would’ve order over a hr before and it’s not the first time with this establishment and also have had the run around to get a refund on a order that o haven’t even received will be leaving a bad review and never patronizing this establishment again

The nice young lady that took my order did a great job and her service was great, it wasn’t until I got my order that another older lady came from the back and took condiments out of my bag and said that the young lady gave me to much ketchup and hot sauce. It’s situations like this that can lead to unnecessary conflicts because some people don’t know how to mind their business.
We have made KFC in Atmore our Wednesday lunch place for over a year.. two grandsons and grandpa having the best time with mac&cheese, chicken strips and fries.
