We could not get what we wanted. Like always. People are waiting 10 to 15 mins for chicken wings on a Friday at 5:30 pm. If you go there plan on waiting and not getting what you want. This is either not enough team members or very poor management of what to cook next..

Ordered ahead. Waited in line an extra 10 minutes while our food was on the counter. Food was great! Hot and Spicy wings were delicious, and the Hot Honey Sandwich was too. Felt bad for the manager, seemed she had to run at 100mph doing literally everything for everyone. Jay at the front counter seemed barely awake; He barely spoke, opting to grunt at customers instead.

Went to KFC drive -thru on a Sunday evening after driving back from a 7 hr trip to FL and we ordered a 15 pc family meal. I was anticipating a little bit of a wait and it ended up being longer than anticipated BUT the manager was so professional about it when I went inside to check on it and when I tell you he/his staff made it up to us in the best way?! All the food he brought out (while giving a sincere apology) was soooo fresh, hot, and delicious! The chicken, the sides , and omg even the biscuits! I wish I would have gotten the manager’s name but it was on July 27th. The reason why I wanted to leave a review because I never do unless I receive a good experience and unfortunately with fast food in this city, having a good experience at the fast food spots are few and far between (at least to me and my family). So to have this manager make (darn) good on the lengthier wait for our food than expected is top tier customer service in my opinion (and I’ve worked in customer service all my life).

I was greeted up on entering the building by everyone and the cashier was very sweet and helpful with my pickup order. It was very clean inside and out.

Just not the greatest service. I was cut off while ordering, my order was missing two things, and over all those two things determined my experience. The food was good, the facility seemed clean. Definitely make sure you double check before you leave to see that your order is correct. Hope this helps!

Went to this location for the first time today. Order in drive thru- i was told to pull around front & they would bring my order out. I waited for over 10 mins still no one came out to bring my order or update me on what was going on. I’m literally looking at the staff through the windows standing around talking even the manager on duty.. At this point I don’t see anyone trying to prepare my order so I get out to see what’s the hold up. I get to the counter asked about my order one of the staff yelling to a guy in the back which I’m assuming is the cook. I asked was my order ready & that I had been waiting for a while she said NO. I asked for a refund. The manager was there but she seem to not have a care about the situation. She acted as if she didn’t hear anything! No one apologized !
