Just not the greatest service. I was cut off while ordering, my order was missing two things, and over all those two things determined my experience. The food was good, the facility seemed clean. Definitely make sure you double check before you leave to see that your order is correct. Hope this helps!

Went to this location for the first time today. Order in drive thru- i was told to pull around front & they would bring my order out. I waited for over 10 mins still no one came out to bring my order or update me on what was going on. I’m literally looking at the staff through the windows standing around talking even the manager on duty.. At this point I don’t see anyone trying to prepare my order so I get out to see what’s the hold up. I get to the counter asked about my order one of the staff yelling to a guy in the back which I’m assuming is the cook. I asked was my order ready & that I had been waiting for a while she said NO. I asked for a refund. The manager was there but she seem to not have a care about the situation. She acted as if she didn’t hear anything! No one apologized !

On 2 separate occasions my order was wrong. Simple stuff like who orders mashed potatoes with no gravy?. And then I specifically asked for dark meat 2 legs and a thigh I got 2 thighs and a leg.

I went here round 11 they open at ten I pull up order a number 2 crispy Buddy comes on the mic like boom we ain’t got that ya smell me like so unprofessional n how u don’t have chicken at opening what the hell y’all doing back there customer service is at all time low these days

PLEASE NEVER EAT HERE UNLESS YOURE TRYING TO KILL SOMEONE. These people can’t even make sure a BISCUIT is cooked o a SLOW DAY with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Almost made my grandma sick I’m glad she looked at it before she ate it and I’m calling and calling and no one will answer phone. Never again.

Lobby closed 2 hours early. No sign, locked doors. Employees tell me to go to the drive-thru. I go. Only to be told that they are closing early and out of food. I explained I was picking up an Uber Eats only to be told they didn't have that food. The order was 2 famous bowls- mashed potatoes, corn, nuggets. Gtfoh. They literally don't care about their customers and cost driver partners money. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Part of this is on me for not checking before I left the drivethru. I ordered a famous bowl to go and when I got back to my house, I saw that they had given me some 6 count chicken nugget meal with a biscuit. Highly disappointed. I was the only car in line, there was no way there could have been any confusion. At least they got my drink right.

The Korean BBQ chicken nuggets are awesome and I get them free if I spend $10 so I order the chicken sandwich and large fries ala carte. I wish I could get the sauce on the sandwich too.

The young lady at the window was so nice. However I’m thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a ten piece and got four and the rest are crunchy crumbs left from the batch. Disappointed is an Understatement no one will answer and I’m back at work. Money wasted. I don’t know why my food was in a Taco Bell bag either….
