Was going to take my office staff here for a Christmas lunch party. Was informed that “due to a cook being out” they would be closing at 1:00pm. From one business owner to another, you sure are missing out on a lot of revenue during the busiest shopping day of the year! Snooze you lose!

Terrible experience. Automatically charge all party sizes gratuity, so service is terrible. No sense of urgency. Took over an hour to get our food and wasn't busy. Will never go back.

The food is what you would expect from a hibachi place. It was good, shushi well made, and seemed fresh.
The price was a bit high considering other local places are just as good but better value.

Travel nurse in town stopped by after work and it’s sad I had to wait for a party of 10 to come in to be seated at the grill which was not a chance in that big of a party coming in almost 2 hrs before closing. When in reality you’ll get less food ordering to go.

Do not order the filet mignon. I took my Husband for his Bday. And the food made him feel quezy before we left and I instantly got sick not more than 2 minutes after we left.(we have ate here before and never had a problem)
The manager was called as soon as we made it home and was called today. Not sure how they made her a manager but she didn't even try and give a solution. I want a refund for the food we consumed and that is fair. I didn't ask for a refund of the total bill and she really wants a doctor not saying Kobe food made me sick (Unrealistic cause clearly that's a lawsuit). She then proceed to lie about everyone ordering Filet Minog, when i heard at least 4 people that cane in after us order chicken. She didn't offer Any solution as any good manager would as an establishment would, and this is why they are getting 1 stars.I advise you Do not order the filet mignon.
Update: I just went up there(since she think I was playing) I just got a call back from an Empathetic guy name Andy. I'll update with results.

Beware! Mandatory Gratuity added to every bill. In our experience the wait staff is ok with that so they have zero incentive to be polite or helpful. So first off we waited in the front to be seated for a few minutes before seating ourselves at the Sushi bar. Our waitress, acted like we were the biggest inconvenience to her day. We attempted to order custom sushi. I wanted to replace an item in a roll with a different item and I was aggressively told you can only remove or add to an item. which is what I wanted to do? Still confused on what the issue was. I guess you only get 1 customization. Remove this item and that has to end the order? Not very custom. But anyways our sushi chef chimed in and said he could make it which was the nicest thing that happened at the establishment. We ate, it was ok, nothing to really write about. The worst part is having to pay gratuity to a lady like her. Such a shame.

The experience was average. The food was delicious. I decided to write a review based only on the handwritten sign when we walked in the door. Adding gratuity to all parties seems like patrons are just paying your employees now. Might be simpler to raise the prices of your menu items 15% and pay your employees yourself.

The owner is Indonesian, so simple Korean greetings are possible.

The food variety and taste were good..
Parking: Parking was easy as it was late on a weekday evening.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome.
There are also types that children can eat.
