Food was good and atmosphere was good but the availability of the different flavors was awful. It was the middle of the day and most machines were being cleaned, which left very limited flavors to choose from

The store could use a more updated interior design. There also needs to be at least 3 zero sugar-fat-free flavors daily, other than sugar-free fat free cheesecake. The prices are too high. There have been way too many price increases.

I used to love coming there. The prices have gotten so high it’s too costly to bring a family. It’s cheaper and more cost effective to purchase a half gallon of frozen yogurt with toppings. I don’t patronize unless special coupons (such as birthdays) it’s just so expensive.

I haven’t been to Kraze off of Vaughn Rd in Montgomery in months, but I went to celebrate my nephew’s birthday and I must say this is the first time in a long time I’ve came here and experienced great customer service from the worker Moya! She was so nice, professional, and made us feel so welcomed with her personality! Moya is the kind of worker we are missing in customer service nowadays…especially in a setting like kraze because my nephew loves this place and can feel like a kid! I will recommend this place to anyone after being helped by this young lady and we will be back this week!

My almost 5 year old grandson and I have been going to KRAZE on Vaughn rd for a couple of years. Quinata is a leader there and works all the time it seems and she is the nicest person!!!! She is always helpful and is so patient with the children and goes above and beyond everyone we go. She always interacts with us and is willing to let us sample as needed (so important for a picky 5 year old eater) she has even allowed him to change his mind once after choosing a flavor then having second thoughts but we had not tasted it before-hand. She could have just been like tough you fixed it now deal with it. Always a welcoming friendly experience at KRAZE montgomery on Vaughn road thanks to Quinata! Always spotless clean and fresh toppings as well!
Parking: Store is connected to public Nextdoor so tons of parking available - huge parking lot - spots available close to door
Kid-friendliness: They usually have Spider-Man flavor and today they had it plus mermaid swirl !
