Krispy Kreme in Prattville AL is sooo much better than the one in Montgomery Al. Montgomery staff is not friendly, helpful or anything!!! Very horrible customer service and will give you anything!!!

A few minutes ago I went to buy half a dozen donuts. The person who helped me when I was paying paid normally and everything and when he gave me the donuts he gave them to me reluctantly the money fell to the floor I said thank you and he didn't answer how racist hey a lot of people are Latinos the fact that we don't speak the language very well doesn't mean we are illegal I am a citizen like you but racism is taking over

It’s free Krispy Kreme Day and these people talking about they already had 500 customers ! That’s a lie! This place barely get 10 customers and to have 500 before 7am I seriously doubt that. Wasted gas just to get our free box! These people legit didn’t want to work! It’s World Kindness Day! This was very unkind!

Super fun, as long as you see the red neon light at the door, it means there are hot donuts available. When you come in, you can see the entire process of on-site production. It is very interesting to start from scratch and add frosting step by step. Buy a dozen freshly made hot original donuts on site and eat them right away. They are so soft and melt in your mouth that they are so delicious. You can finish them completely in just one dozen. If you pass by and see the lights on, you must come and taste it.
