I went in to order and was treated like I didn't exist. The black girl working tried looking past me and was trying to take the oder of the black man behind me. She asked him for his order three times, all while he and I were telling her I was there first, but she already knew that. There was an Asian guy that finally gave up and just left without ever even having his order taken. It was a completely racist experience. I couldn't help but notice that they dominated the work force as well. I think I may have the grounds for a law suit. I suggest you fix your work force before I or someone else files suit.

This location is a donut dumpster fire. Went through a couple of weeks ago before Valentine's Day around 10am to get some Valentine's day donuts and some hot and readies. They had none. The valentine's ones wouldn't be ready until after 12pm, no hot and ready ones, not even ones that had been sitting a while, out of anything creme filled alm the while the lady behind the microphone just snapped back at us each time we tried to order something that they were out of it. Staff need new attitudes and they need to figure out their supply chain. This location gives Krispy Kreme a bad name.

Krispy Kreme had been a favorite treat for my family for years! We try to eat in moderation but.... how can you resist that warm buttery sweet taste 😋 and the HOT NOW 🔥 sign has been causing misdirection for years 🤦🏽♀️🤣 anyway best in the business 😉 always will be!!

The hot donut light is never on, so when I finally see it on I hopped at the chance and ordered. Th lady in the car in front of me was asking so many questions and placed another order by the time I got there, I was told the last dozen of hot went out 9 minutes earlier. No orders should be taken at the window. I will continue to go to Shelly's from now on. 👎🏾👎🏾

So apparently when the Hot donut light is on this particular Krispy Kreme gives you a free donut everybody in the car gets a free Hot donut. That was extremely cool now I didn't know that and neither did my partner that was in the car with me we were out doing a job he stopped by to buy a donut and while we were inline the hot light come on and they did not charge him for his donut and gave me one. They could have just kept the donut and sold them to somebody else. But instead they honored the traditions thank you very much
