The hot donut light is never on, so when I finally see it on I hopped at the chance and ordered. Th lady in the car in front of me was asking so many questions and placed another order by the time I got there, I was told the last dozen of hot went out 9 minutes earlier. No orders should be taken at the window. I will continue to go to Shelly's from now on. 👎🏾👎🏾

I picked up a dozen assorted donuts this morning..2 were supposed to be jelly filled but neither one had any jelly!!! I tried calling the store twice to let the mgr know about this but nobody answered.

The ladies were really nice and supportive, they said they could not take tips, in the food business that is ludicrous. Especially if your company will terminate over tips received. Thank u to the ladies that got me my 3 dozen Harry Potter doughnuts, they were fabulous as expected. Thank u.

So apparently when the Hot donut light is on this particular Krispy Kreme gives you a free donut everybody in the car gets a free Hot donut. That was extremely cool now I didn't know that and neither did my partner that was in the car with me we were out doing a job he stopped by to buy a donut and while we were inline the hot light come on and they did not charge him for his donut and gave me one. They could have just kept the donut and sold them to somebody else. But instead they honored the traditions thank you very much

They need new management. They’re always out of half the stuff, and never stay on track with the promotionals and move on before the end of promotion deals. All the other franchise locations keep the themed boxes for the duration of the release dates. Not Montgomery, they move on after a week and stop ordering what they need to just keep the same lackluster garbage and only sell a few prepackaged boxes. Management is lazy and needs to be replaced. The same reason they had to get closed down for deep cleaning since they let it slide for years.

My experience at this Krispy Kreme was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient. I feel they went above and beyond to make my experience so great! I ordered the Harry Potter donuts and they did not disappoint. They were so creative and tasty! I’m not just saying this because of Harry Potter but my experience was truly magical. I will be back to this Krispy Kreme again! Can’t wait for their next collab.
