Terrible service on 6/12/25 Came through the drive thru at 11:32 pm and waited at the speaker for over 4 mins to hear some one finally say we are closed.I asked what time do you close? A young lady replied and said now.I said excuse me she said we closed NOW in a rude ghetto way.This is unacceptable and unnecessary.I pulled around and i could see them laughing and making gestures from the drive through window.I hope this review reach Krystal customers so they spend there hard earned money at another location. THEY SIGN CLEARLY SAYS YOU GUYS CLOSE AT 12am

Went through the drive ordered a cheese Krystal’s and chili cheese pups. Got home, checked the bag and the food looked HORRIBLE! When we returned for a refund the customer service was worst!
