Need more staff the two ladies on the AM shift at 0700 appearance was disappointing for so early in the morning. Order Chicken and waffles too much syrup added. Too sweet tastes like absolutely eating crystallized sugar. We had to throw it away. Waste of money! Try other places if you are hungry!

I really hope Krystal’s district manager actually looks at these reviews because this location should be shut down. The Krystal’s I order have been consistently SOGGY and inedible everytime I’ve ordered here. It started a couple of years ago so I stopped going for a long time but I was really craving them and thought I’d try again, hoping they’ve fixed the problem by then but every single time, a complete waste of money!! Ended up having to get back out and go somewhere else. This is unacceptable when prices are already as high as they are. At the bare minimum, the food should be edible.

Very rude service. I dropped by 11/04/2025 little pass midnight. No greetings when I pulled up. I was told we ain’t taking orders you got DoorDash? I said no why is that cause we changing shifts. I said I’ll order and pull up cause we don’t have Krystal where I’m from. So I was told well you can’t sit on our timer. Which wasn’t a problem I’m an Area Restaurant Mangaer back at home. My family and I really wanted Krystal’s. But hey I see now why it was empty. Due to poor customer service.

I was on my way to the drive thru and need to go potty...it was my best decision of the day. Toooo nasty to be in business...this place needs a makeover/ cleaning fast...now I finally figure out why I am sick after eating here ordering from the drive thru all the time...the place is filty...
Food should have been hot, but it was lukewarm. Since i had to wait for it to cook.

Terrible service on 6/12/25 Came through the drive thru at 11:32 pm and waited at the speaker for over 4 mins to hear some one finally say we are closed.I asked what time do you close? A young lady replied and said now.I said excuse me she said we closed NOW in a rude ghetto way.This is unacceptable and unnecessary.I pulled around and i could see them laughing and making gestures from the drive through window.I hope this review reach Krystal customers so they spend there hard earned money at another location. THEY SIGN CLEARLY SAYS YOU GUYS CLOSE AT 12am
