Well the lady that always takes my order always say what can I make fresh for you ..and my response is 2 Sunrisers but I pull off and take a bite and they are just warm and the bread is hard..I was very disappointed ?

Fast food restaurant, food is hot and made fast. The meat on the burger was very small and thin, but it did have a good taste. The time frame for us was very good. We could get our food and get out in a timely manner. The lady's that worked there was polite and helpful. They got all orders right. The food was not hot, customer service was not good from one either but pretty good from the other. Young guy was in the kitchen drinking something from a cup where he was cooking the Krystal burgers.All of my Krystals burgers was torn and falling apart

It took so long about 30 minute but we stay in Odessa Texas and it's not a Krystal no way closer to us but that what we wanted so we stayed and it was delicious the best thing I ever had in 3 years thanks
Some mornings they dont put enough grits and eggs in the breakfast bowl, I feel cheated at times...

I went to the location on Zelda road and the young man that was making the Krystal burgers put the raw hamburger meat on the grill and place the buns right on top of it that could cause salmonella poisoning these places are not clean
