When I ordered my breakfat. The cashier & the pickup window staffers were very polite & nice. As were the other employees. All the employees seem to all get along whenever I'm there.
Their sausage. breakfast scrambler bowl & Krystal burgers are my favorites. I only treat myself to meals when I lose more weight than intended. I can't go a day without a 1½ to 2 hours of exercising, so I'm there once or twice a month ordering.
My only two complaints are that mustard & ketchup should be offered at the drive-thru as only a dab of both condiments are used on the Krystal burgers. And, the window area needs a good cleaning & window washing. Even though I think the drive-thru was painted some months ago.
Yet, that takes nothing from the nice workers.
Vegetarian options: The drive-thru can be crowded at times. Yet, it's worth the wait.
Dietary restrictions: Fried foods.
Kid-friendliness: Only good for eating. I've never seen a play area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the front door has a flat cemented area for wheelchairs.

I ordered the loaded fries asked for the jalapenos to be put on the side instead they put extra on the fries couldn't eat it or give it to the dogs it was a lose lose situation

Customer Service was horrible. I was being yelled through the speaker when I didn't understand what she was saying. It was toast or biscuit. My sunriser was smushed flat. I guess they no longer use the Krystal boxes

They keep my door dash waiting for a long time then she had to cancel it I went up there they won't respond back to me after I try to call they did not pick up their phones so I left and try to call customer service so I can cancel my order in a few minutes a GrubHub delivery driver brought my food and the burgers tasted cold awful experience in my life never order from this Branch again on that side of town and it don't pick up their phone after 2 hours that I ordered and I did not tell my first delivery driver how long it would be and just looked at it funny and crazy and like I said my food came cold I don't like cold burgers at alll

I just had an order placed & delivered by Grubhub. The delivery person, (Dawn), was very friendly and professional, had great communication, & was fast. But those 2 corn pups were missing!
