Please dont waste your money here food looked old, cheese burger meat was grey and the chicken slider had 5% chicken 95% breading it was super hard to bite into, fries were flavorless only came here bc it had above a 3.5 star review, waste of money. Overall costumer service wasn’t bad but the food is very bad

Stopped by on my way through back down to Covington County to get a number 3 was pulled off the window to wait only to get down to the road to realize they didn't bother to put my fries in or a damn napkin.

Upon getting there my order was taken correctly. The people were friendly on the intercom. When I went up to the window I did have to wait for my food because I did order a lot but they were still super friendly. Super respectful. Super nice. Definitely going back
Will give you the poops but the customer service is usually good. Friendly and they do try. At least the ones in charge. Food is what you expect. Processed and unhealthy but can be good if you're down to go all out to feed your hunger. Wings have been good then sometimes seemed undercooked. Or the seasoning just hittin right. Dang inflation. My experience is double sided, the 1 on Norman Bridge RD can learn from the 1 on the Southern Blvd, Norman Bridge didn't have coffee, traffic backed up, over cooked food, , if you don't check your bag, you'll be highly upset from missing food, to no utensils, they dont even offer condiments just push your bag and close the window, I went to the Southern Blvd tried the biscuit gravy breakfast bowl, coffee was a lil burnt smelling, but I twerked it and I had to go back for seconds, should have gotten a large coffee, but I do feel the breakfast scramblers could be bigger, it's big back season and they love hot breakfast and coffee...I'll be back tomorrow for the samething...
