Let me be clear. I frequent Krystals because I love their breakfast. The review was due to the unusually long line I experienced. Normally there is a nice older lady there who has the most pleasant attitude. This time, it wasn't the same. However, Krystals is still my go to spot.

Upon getting there my order was taken correctly. The people were friendly on the intercom. When I went up to the window I did have to wait for my food because I did order a lot but they were still super friendly. Super respectful. Super nice. Definitely going back

Will give you the poops but the customer service is usually good. Friendly and they do try. At least the ones in charge. Food is what you expect. Processed and unhealthy but can be good if you're down to go all out to feed your hunger. Wings have been good then sometimes seemed undercooked. Or the seasoning just hittin right. Dang inflation. Thanks Biden!
