All I ordered was a large chili. What cup of minced meat soup is this?
Who made this watery, flavorless mess? The taste was worse than the look... no seasoning But, a lite hint of chili flavor.
This is OBVIOUSLY NOT the same chili they use on the chili cheese fries.
I'M SOOO TIRED OF WASTING MY MONEY ON THESE FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS NOW. đŽâđ¨

Parking: They never get my order correct when ever I go there.
I placed an order online before I pulled into lot for pick up through drive through. It took 4 minutes for Anyone to acknowledge that I was at drive thru through speaker. A guy spoke and I could not even hear him clearly at all so a female came through and told me that he said that I needed to come in to get my order even though it was ordered and bought and paid for already through their App and scheduled for a pick up through the drive-through and it said it would be ready within four minutes, which it was absolutely not. Once I got inside, no one acknowledged me at the counter for another 3 Minutes at least. Finally, the manager walked my drink over to the counter and set it down abruptly and said âthatâs your drinkâ and then walked away. Then, after another 3 minutes, he said arrogantly, âwaiting on your totsâ and looked at me and rolled his eyes, It appeared. While I was standing there, a gentleman walked in that was a customer, and Manager looked over me as to say you can move now, and asked the other gentleman immediately for his order. It was almost as if he were trying to be intentionally be disrespectful to me. Finally, my order was ready, and I watched the Manager bag my order as slowly as he possibly could With an attitude on his face. For what reason, he acted like this, I have no clue. I donât know if it was a prejudice thing because I was white and he was black or what the reason was, because there were no bad words exchanged between him and I. I have no clue why he made me get out of my car and come into the restaurant to pick up my food that was already bought and paid for through the app for pick up Within four minutes, and it was not. When he brought my bag of food to the counter finally, he just set it down and I said thank you, and he said almost with another attitude, âno problem.â Not a thank you, not a comeback, nothing! The cook-guy that prepared my food did a great job because the food was good, but the attitude that I received from the MANAGER Tells me that I will never be going back to that Krystal, again. He ruined the entire experience for me. I donât know what it is about Krystal hiring disrespectful people, but I see why their parking lot is always empty now. The only thing that this Krystal has going for it, is itâs busy location. Itâs definitely not the atmosphere or the employees that bring you back. Obviously itâs just the opposite. They wonât be getting any more of my money thatâs for sure and I wonât be wasting any more of my precious time sitting there waiting for a disrespectful punk to finally wait on me and then give me attitude. Let me also mention that the restaurant was completely filthy. The floors donât look like they had been cleaned or mopped or even swept in months. I can imagine what the actual kitchen looks like after seeing the eating area and the lobby. Terrible! This occurred yesterday, late afternoon October 4, 2024.

Takes them 20+ minutes for a basic combo, nothing extra. Been this way the last three times I've been here. Don't go if you are on your lunch break.
I have not eaten at a Krystal in a few years. For a Krystal hamburger to be delicious, it has to be freshly cooked and the five I bought this afternoon were just that. Everyone working there was very courteous and pleasant. Fast food is not as easy as many believe it to be. They did an excellent job. The restaurant is in good shape and it is very clean considering that my father opened that restaurant in the 1970's.
