I should have taken a picture of the #1. Ok, it was right about 10 p.m., so maybe they were closing. I gave three stars because the customer service at the window was good. Apparently they were only able to accommodate Krystals and fries given the two-person staff. I might as well had burned my money. The burgers were so dried up that they didn't even cover the bun. Unbelievable!

A bunch of sorry, lazy people working there. Pull up and get told oh we are closing there is only two of us here. If it were busy I would understand but we were the only car around and they only said that after finding out what we wanted. So I guess at this Krystal they can just close if they don’t wanna make something.

Because I'm lactose, I always order the regular Krystal burgers without pickles. On this visit, I also requested no onions. Once I got my food, I checked it out to ensure that it was right... There was cheese, onions, and pickles on the burgers. The service was already slow, and after I told them about the order being wrong, it took even longer to get it back. There was tension among the staff, and there was no sense of urgency for the customers. There's only a couple of Krystals in my area, so this experience has given me some concerns about my continued patronage of this company.

Rude employees. Lady in black shirt didn’t get our order right while she was helping the window and taking our order in the drive thru. When I took the order back inside and asked NICELY for her to put chili and cheese on the 5 pups, she caught a whole un-needed attitude.

Can't rate atmosphere, I was in the drive through. Server was polite, good enough.The 4 little sliders of garbage had been sitting a bit, Cold, smashed, too much mustard - in fact all I tasted of the four pack was mustard - the last two went out the window with to soggy unsalted fries. Only thing they didn't mess up was the fountain drink. I'm sure they'll figure out that soon enough. That's 2 Krystals in Alabama. There will not be a third.

I felt ripped off. I couldn't believe that 4 Krystals, 2 Krystal chick's and a chocolate shake cost $20. I promise it's my last trip to a Krystals. The food is definitely not worth the price.

The krystal burgers were moist and steamed well. The fries cooked firm but not hard. The only drawback was it was a little slow. The Krystal was in a great location near a theater and a few big box stores. The shake machine was out today.
