Food took like 45 mins and it's across the street. Put in directions to call # let us know they was at the hospital never recieved a call they just left food in lobby so when we got the food a hour later it was Cold and gave us a Reg Pepsi when we ordered Diet Pepsi then never told us door dash did orders and only wanted to refund 40% of money paid

Picking up my order was an atrocious act. The employee was totally lost after he took my order. There was no professionalism and everyone there was rude. The pizza were just thrown together because they were hastily prepared!

Why did they shut down the Little Caesars in Wetumpka Alabama? We miss dearly. Bring it back please now we have to drive 25. I mean 12 miles to go to Little Caesars in Montgomery bring back. our Wetumpka little Caesars please

I called and placed an order for Pepperoni Bread and when I got there to pick my order up I added a soda and I paid over 10 dollars. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes and I also waited an additional 10 minutes when I got there…While I was standing there waiting i noticed that they had a special for 5.99 for the same thing I just ordered and I asked her why the special wasn’t offered cause I literally could have saved like 3 bucks ??♀️ and she was the same person I placed the order with over the phone and she was a manager ??♀️ like where is the customer service skills like that was unacceptable for her being a manager and she literally said she was sorry and didn’t even offer me the difference back. Then I get home to find out that my food was not done all the way??♀️ just sad ?

I visit the drive thru every one in a while for the lunch combo and it's usually the same faces that take my order. They're kind and respectful of your time. Plain ol' decent people. And the pizza is always hot and delicious.

The pizza i was given had been in the warning station too long and had become dry. Did not know until I got back to my office. They should really check the food before handing it out the drive-thru. I am sure they knew what time they had cooked that pizza.and it was too old to be sold
