This establishment is operated by inexperienced individuals. The behavior exhibited is reminiscent of children. After waiting for 30 minutes for my order, it was ultimately incorrect. I was eager to try the new cheesesteak puffs. I placed my order, which already took 30 minutes to prepare. My ticket was timestamped at 7:30, and I departed at 8:10. They informed me that they were waiting on my puffs, yet when they finally arrived, they were pepperoni, which I do not consume. I had specifically ordered cheesesteak. Shortly after, a woman who arrived one minute after me mentioned that she received the wrong cheesesteak puffs. The young man at the register attempted to exchange our boxes, literally handing me the same box that the woman had taken to her car and had been sitting with for less than five minutes. When I requested a fresh box due to a visible fingerprint on the one he opened, he became irritated and instructed me to step aside. I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes before having to request a refund. As a resident of Michigan, I am deeply disheartened by the experience at a place I frequent multiple times a week, especially when it involves such unprofessional behavior. We must strive for improvement. This situation is unacceptable. Waiting 40 minutes for a pizza allowed me enough time to go grocery shopping at Publix and return my food was still not done. Even a conversation would’ve been nice but to be compensated with attitude and a longer wait is ridiculous.

When I ordered through the pizza portal, I did not order a hot and ready pizza. I walked in one minute after I got the alert that my pizza was done, which was only three minutes after I ordered it. I want freshly made pizza when I order it. I did not come in to get a hot and ready pizza. Once again, I ordered a pizza online. I did not order a hot and ready pizza. There is no option for a hot and ready pizza on the app. The pizza presented in the pizza portal was cooked at least thirty minutes ago. I want what I pay for, not your leftovers. You might want to come in and train your employees how to do business correctly, with the quality that little caesars promises, franchise owner.

My experience has made me conclude. I will never do business with your company again. I ordered 2 pizzas. What I received was 2 pizzas. No sauce. No topping, dry. Crushed burnt edges burnt. Something on the top but there's no sauce. I don't know what it is but it's burnt. I called and said I got 2 pizzas. Maybe you sent me somebody else's pizza's. Well, won't she said we'll make it good. If you'll send it back to us? I said I lived 3 miles away from you. I don't have a vehicle in grubhub delivered it. I said you mean I'm stuck with peaches that I don't want and aren't fit to eat and she said if you can bring them back to me I'll I'll exchange him.I said goodbye.I'm gonna report this.This place is horrible garbage.Do not go there

The food is probably the best little Caesars I've eaten, and that's saying ALOT as I've lived in many different states. Where this location falls short is their customer service. Everyone understands when a store gets busy and most of the time were even willing to wait a reasonable amount of time if that's communicated. But being flat out rude, disorganized, dirty, and un-attentive to a customer is not acceptable. Small things like smiling, soft u hurried tone go a long way to showing your able to handle your business regardless what gets thrown and will mean ALOT to the customers

How are you going to be “OPEN” until 10pm but have the doors locked before 9pm?! Employees are disrespectful and rude. They lock up the doors and then laugh at customers that show up while they’re smoking. Seems like a bunch of trash employees and you should probably hire some new ones. They don’t even let people pick up their orders. Will not be recommending this place that’s for sure!

Good pizza and the friendly lady at the front at lunch today was great
Had my food delivered and I put in the instructions that I would like for my pizza to be handed to me but did not. My order was wrong and it was placed on the ground. I spent 54.00 on my order plus tip. Called the store to see what was going on and the manager or whoever she was that answered was rude and cut me off when I was trying to tell her what I had and that I didn’t get. I had to go to the store and pick up my food no refund no nothing. Very poor customer services. Delivery sucked don’t know if they have anything to do with the delivery but they could have at least refunded me and if I wanted carry-out I would have put that. I could have act a fool but I rather not and just do a review instead. Do not recommend this store location at all far as delivery goes and the poor customer services. ❌
We used to order almost exclusively from this store and at that time I would have given them a 5. However the past four times were awful. The first time our order was wrong but we just didn’t say anything. Next time we ordered stuffed crust and were headed out the door when they called to say they didn’t have any stuffed crust ( isn’t that just mozzarella rolled in the edges or f the crust?) we ordered an alternative and waited for it to be ready. The third time the exact same thing happened so we cancelled our order. At first they said they couldn’t do this but manager refunded our money. We ordered from Papa John’s for months now and have been very satisfied. Then we decided we wanted to try a pretzel crust pizza and would give Little Caesar’s another try. Got home with the order and they gave us a plain old cheese pizza that looked like it had been in the warmer case. We are through with them. I rated them a 2 for the good service we received early on.
The place canceled both of my orders. The first order was canceled due to an item being unavailable. I asked if they could just remove that item, but I was told that they couldn't. I received a text 10mins later stating that my entire order was canceled. So, I reordered minus the unavailable item. That order was canceled 15mins later. I'm done with this place! It SUCKS!!!!!
