I bought my daughter the red velvet for her 32nd birthday and picked up a slice of German chocolate while there. When I tell u it’s a 10 out of 10 for both it’s just Devine. Miss Mary the owner is one precious lady also. I highly recommend her for any of your baking needs.

I came down to Montgomery from Michigan to see family and my Auntie surprised family with a cute dessert (red velvet cupcakes) after our holiday dinner. At first glançe it looked store bought and I didnt think nothing of it and almost threw them out smh. I finally tired one after my mother who is not a cake fan said they were delicious. That cupcake and frosting unlocked a very dearing core childhood memory of my late grandmother's red velvet cake! My grand mother passed in 2010 and I have yet to taste anything like hers except Lulu's cakes. Lulu's cake shop will now be a must stop ANYTIME I come to Montgomery. I'm back home in Michigan and still holding on to these two cupcakes for dear life! Lulu your red velvet cakes/cupcakes are the best hands down!! Thank you for making my holidays memorable in so many ways!

I read the reviews the night before and decided to try the desserts. The vanilla cupcake, red velvet and key lime cake slices were all so deliciously moist. Both mom (owner) and daughter treated me very kind. As the mom was attending to another customer in the bakery, her daughter took the time to show me around their boutique which is located in the front section of the establishment. Surprisingly upon leaving, I was made aware that the owner had gifted me with that complimentary slice of key lime.Lu Lu's Cake Shop is definitely worth checking out. I had a really nice experience and hope you will too.
