Wow, this was not what we expected. Hubby ordered the Hamburger Steak, which came with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. I ordered the pork chops, grilled. There were two of them and the meal came with Mac & Cheese and green beans. All was cooked perfectly, both meats were juicy and everything was delicious.

There the whole weekend and they didn’t even have a cook. Crowded, and staff that couldn’t give a crap (except valet, they were nice) Place is rip off and I won’t be back.

Extremely slow. For what it is, incredibly expensive, and highly mediocre. Staff is indifferent to the customers, both the ones in line and the ones waiting 30+ minutes for bad fast food. Outside of a casino, this place would close in a week. One would think that a place that charges $300/night would be ashamed and embarrassed to even have such a place on their property, but apparently not this casino.

Hands down the WORST set of casinos we have ever been to. My wife and I travel and love to stop at casinos. We have been to hundreds and by far the worst.
It smelt like marijuana throughout the casino, machines were FILTHY, and staff was RUDE! If a casino needed to shut down, this is the one.
Slots were not giving any playback. You would think after a couple hundred, you would get a bonus. Nope.
People, STAY AWAY from this place. I was talking with someone sitting next to me and they said FIGHTS break out ALL THE TIME. This place is dangerous.

We visit Wind Creek Montgomery often, but this was me and my husband's first time experiencing Lucille's. After our first visit, we were hooked! Now, you will definitely wait for a period of time, as they are serving casino members AND the public, but the wait was always worth it to us. Also, let's be honest, if you're staying at the hotel, they're open 24 hours AND they're cheaper than Itta Bena and the BB King's Restaurant. We ate there one to two times a day for all 3 days we were there, and every dish was delicious! The employees there were decent and professional, but one, Whitney, stood out! She was friendly, helpful, and went over and beyond...especially after she so kindly replaced my cheesecake I had not received the night before...always a friendly attitude and smile, and of all the thousands of people they serve, she remembers you...very personable, and she seems to solve issues quickly and effortlessly. Shout out to her! Anywho, food was always hot, fresh, and good in our experience...from patty melts, to pork chop dinner, nachos, cheeseburgers, to even their lasagna dinner (with meat) everything perfect, and well worth the 10-20 minute wait. Also, they give you a number that they call when your order is ready, and they even give customers 30 minutes to retrieve their order if they somehow become occupied or get on the slots or something. Great place to visit, go see Lucille's!!!

We had a great stay at Wind Creek Montgomery, from the check-in to check-out a very friendly and helpful staff. Dorothy, a cleaning lady was very sweet, also our waitress at BB King, Niyah, was wonderful and spot on with our order. Will be visiting again real soon.

The casino is always busy and they’re working really hard to get everybody their food, the guy we really ran into when ordering, and getting our food did a great job for us was very personable and was super nice to everybody, his name was Red!!! I can’t believe some of the neg reviews! We just left…. we had an extremely nice/clean room. Great customer service/everyone was so nice!! Very clean casino area! Very nice restaurants! And I won more there than I ever have anywhere else!
We had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back. The only complaint we could have was the noise from the renovation in the morning. But that’s just progress we can enjoy when we come back!

I went with some friends this past Friday and WOW, a huge disappointment! From the minute we walked in, it was smoky and smelt bad. I thought the main floor was non smoking? There were people smoking and vaping.
The machines were not paying at all and bonus spins were just spinning with no money with them. The machines were sticky and buttons were not working. Victoryland has better machines and better bonuses than Windcreek.
We ate at Itta Bena, and it was awful! We should’ve been paid to eat there instead of the outrageous price for the food. McDonald’s has better food.
Overall, Windcreek scores a 2/10. We will continue to go to Biloxi and Victoryland as they are much better casinos.
