Went today to the zoo and the train is closed. There were several exhibits with animals not on the exhibit. The reptile exhibit is closed. They moved like 3 reptiles to display by the train depot and it was ridiculous. I am very angry that I was charged full price. I am a frequent visitor of the zoo but will not be back after today.
We had the worst experience we've ever had at the zoo today. Between the rude woman emplotee at the Museum desk, to every single attraction closed...i get the construction is a hurdle but man. We have been members for 3 plus years and I can definitely say we won't be renewing. Sad how far downhill it's went.
if you want to pay too much money to see the saddest conditions of animals...this is your place. Get better! I have never felt so bad for animals at a zoo more than this one by FAR.
