Today was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I arrived 10 mins past when my order was supposed to be ready. There was one person making the pizzas and the other employee was outside helping a lady load pizzas into her car. The phones were ringing off the hook. Once the employee outside came back in he found my order. He asked the guy making the pizzas was it ready he said he hasn’t got to it yet. He comes back to the front and says it will be about another 10 mins is that ok. I said yes. He rung me up, I asked for a military discount which he insisted he gave me but the total was the same as before. So he in fact didn’t give me a military discount. So I just paid for it. As I’m sitting waiting on my pizza, someone pulls into the parking lot in an older model Honda Accord. She gets out smoking a cigarette. She puts it out at the door, walks in, walks behind the counter and starts answering the phone calls. As she is done with that she asks have I been helped and I say yes. She then goes to the back grabs some more pizza boxes, puts them under the station and then starts pulling pizzas out of the oven. She never washed her hands. Also the guy that came from the outside never washed his hands when he came back in either. This is absolutely disgusting. This is why everyone is getting sick from these establishments… I had to share my experience so this would be seen. Employees please do better. Managers do your part as well..

Not only was my original pizza made incorrectly, I noticed that when they were remaking my pizza the man was not wearing gloves. After asking why he wasn’t wearing gloves it was told to me that he wasn’t wearing gloves because there’s a sink back there and that there’s no need. Also, he stated that heat kills germs. The guy that I spoke with name was Eli. When I returned home with both pizzas I noticed that the first pizza was not only made incorrectly, but it also had a hair on it. I am completely disappointed and I will not be returning.

Me and my family loves the pizza from Marco. However, this particular location never gets the order ready on time and they’re always shortstaffed. However, even when we are standing in front of them, they never work to complete our order. Even when the online order shows that the food is ready, Once I go to the store to pick up I have to wait there for 30 minutes at least. Even though we all love to eat Marco Pizza, unfortunately this will be my last time I’m ordering for this location.

The staff working the evening shift of 7/10 were extremely kind and helpful. Best customer services I have ever experienced at a Marco’s. The pizza is always good too.

I ordered 2 pizzas online and went in the store to pick them up on 7/5 around 3:00pm at the Taylor Rd location. The young man at the counter did not greet me but instead asked me “What I wanted?” He then immediately started cursing at me and being violent towards me. The manager witnessed all of this and said nothing to the young man or even apologized for what he said and how he acted. I do not feel safe visiting this location anymore and I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. Will not be returning

Ordered take out today. Nice employees but none of them washed their hands before proceeding to make pizza. They would also go from making pizza to answering phones and back. I doubt I will come back to this location. Very offensive music playing loudly with profanity and the employees singing right along.

Was verbally threatened by the driver, and returned it, after I walked outside to confront him as he was screaming F you at the top of his lungs because I complained about their service. Full disclosure I could have been nicer. I wasn't and I am sure his perception of the events of last night differ from mine, the customer. The app said the pizza, which was already late, was delivered when it wasn't. I called the store and was greeted by someone who didn't speak good english. He finally gave me his manager who was indifferent to my complaints
Again, I admit to being a jerk but there was no cussing, no verbal attacks, rather aggressive complaining. A simple offer to discount the pizza would have sufficed and de-escalated the situation. When the pizza arrived I walked out and was fairly belligerent. Not physically, verbally. The driver, perhaps feeling threatened became physically confrontational and there was a very good chance blows were imminent. It ended, or so I thought as he went to his car and I went in to the house. It had not ended. He came back and destroyed two ceramic planters on the porch. Picture attached. I heard the crash, ran out and got his tag as he sped off. To be very clear there was no physical contact at any point. Anyway, I called the store and the manager said the regional manager would call me. He was very nice and I fully admitted to my poor verbal behavior. Regardless, screaming F you at 9pm in a neighborhood is unacceptable. The regional manager said he would refund the cost of the pizza, average for the record, as well as giving me minor restitution for the planters. 20 hours later or so, no refund, no restitution via any of the pay apps I offered. Goes without saying I will not be a Marco's customer moving forward and I'm considering some other action or call to their HQ. I'm disappointed in my behavior. It was unnecessary however it did not warrant his deranged screaming or property damage.

Ordered my pizza 90 minutes before I wanted it delivered and was delivered 30 minutes late. Tried to communicate this in their website but could not find any contact info. My trust has been broken and I will not order again from this company
