I called twice to atl hwy in front of Publix...someone picked up but didn't say nothing...called again hung up on...congrats YOU LOST A SALE...the owner should know you are missing out on money because of worker.

Order pizza tonight and when it was delivered to me. The pizza was not done all the way and I ordered “thick crust” which is a little extra. Instead of “thick crust” I got “hand tossed” it’s definitely a taste difference. I called the store visibly upset and someone said they would send out another one. An hour goes by and I call back to get a refund and someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. O, did I mention the pizza wasn’t cut when I received it? Horrible experience.

This is the best pizza in the area. Period. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Nothing tastes processed, all authentic and flavorful. You will not be disappointed.

I placed an order the day before for a Year-end lunch party, scheduling it to arrive at 12:00 PM, during our company’s lunch break. However, the pizza didn’t arrive until 12:40 PM. Our on-site workers had to stop working and wait for more than 30 minutes. I called the store three times, and each time, I was told the delivery would arrive in 5-10 minutes. Yet, it ultimately took an additional 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive.
The phone staff was rude, and the delivery person only made excuses, claiming they had no idea why the delivery was delayed. What was supposed to be a festive lunch party for 30 employees turned into a disappointing experience, as everyone was too hungry and frustrated to enjoy the food.
I’m extremely disappointed with the attitude toward customers.

Ordered a pizza at 9:03 Pm the store manager Serenity call me back 1hr and 3 min later just to tell me that they want be able to deliver pizza because the driver doesn’t feel safe to deliver in 1 of the best neighborhood in Montgomery that’s only 2 min from the store. Poor Customer Service this is the 2nd time this happen in 1 month

Amazing hot honey pizza. I was scared because it looked greasy, but it was the hot honey ? dropped everywhere. I absolutely loved the taste of this pizza, the presentation and the freshness. I would recommend!
