You are there waiting for your food at least 40 minutes to an hour even if it's a simple Burger it is very loud always very crowded the people that work there are usually in the back joking around talking and ignoring you completely

Placed order for 1 bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and 1 sausage egg and cheese bagel at 9:50am on 9-20-25. Received sandwiches at 10:02am. So much for fast food.... Another individual in the lobby had a similar wait for his sandwich.

I never leave Google reviews but this morning, AUGUST 26th 2025 was really disappointing. I only got two things, a chicken biscuit and hash brown. Of course they forget the hash brown but this isn’t the first time this exact mc Donald’s and those exact workers messed up my order. I’m not sure if it is because it’s a mobile order, but mc Donald’s encourages mobile orders. Anyways it’s a mess and I wouldn’t eat there again.

Food was horrible asked for well done they changed the bread I ordered the big mac meal no onions light sauce they switched the bread it had cheese and a lot of mac sauce the fries were hot the sandwich was trash
Waited 20 mins for only a sausage mcgridle. They 100% forgot about me and no apology, no extra food, nothing. Last time I go there.

The girl working drive-thru was extremely rude. She basically had the personality of a bag of rocks. She definitely was not trained to know that you should smile and be friendly when in customer service
