I had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences at this location. I waited in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes while several cars behind me were served ahead of me. When I finally asked what was going on, the entire team working at that time couldn’t even offer a simple apology or acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they told me to “come inside to argue,” or go to another store, which is completely unacceptable and represents what nature of personality they got into food and service industry!!
Any customer would be frustrated after being ignored like that, especially when the staff shows zero courtesy or accountability. Not even a basic “sorry” for the wait — nothing.
This location urgently needs better training for the whole team in customer service, communication, and handling situations professionally.
With the way the whole team was acting, it’s pretty clear this is just the level of service they’re used to giving.

Today, October 10, 2025, I went for breakfast. The cashier was very rude; she didn't provide cutlery, napkins, or the honey they put on the pancakes, and she was missing the... (I checked my order and got annoyed). I don't recommend it.

Im usually always chill with these people but had a little misunderstanding bout what they do when they bring food out. First time i seen them do this so i made assumptions but after talking to them they cleared it up and it made a lot of sense. They write down where they tell you to move your vehicle to make it easier for who ever brings the food out. So TLDR: If ya see this then dont worry they just marked where they moved you to just to help bring you your food.

My family and I visited Montgomery and had to eat late. This McDonald's was opened and gave us excellent service. They also were very polite. If I return to that area of Montgomery I will eat there again.
Just left. A COMPLETE circus.. They weren’t busy, whoever took order in drive thru messed the order up, lady at window couldn’t fix it; had to walk in to order my drinks; thought I was being polite and held door for employee walking in who an got an attitude and assumed I was trying to follow her into the workspace???!!! (why would ANYONE want to do that?? PLEASE don’t flatter yourself in that way 🤢 … Plus I JUST held the door for you ma’am…). I hate when it’s a headache visiting a restaurant and I’ve never seen so many idiots on one payroll…. I don’t know what’s going on here but common sense and customer service definitely are NOT…

Approximately 10 minutes ago, a friend of mine went through the drive thru and ordered food. The women working the window stated that she could not accept his change. It seems like this location has an issue with financial literacy and cannot count coins correctly as an adult.
