Approximately 10 minutes ago, a friend of mine went through the drive thru and ordered food. The women working the window stated that she could not accept his change. It seems like this location has an issue with financial literacy and cannot count coins correctly as an adult.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life and in the US. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line and they forgot my order. I had to go inside and then I waited again. The staff was arguing with each other the entire time. This place needs to shut down.

It was horrible last night I waited a hour to get my fries and a sprite on curbside then the girl gave the other car their food first even though I was there first then she was on her food too touching her hair and all then today I went to get two five dollar meals in the drive thru they forgot my McDouble so I went in there and told the manager she had a McDouble beside her and threw it in there right in front of me she was so rude worse place in Montgomery horrible service ?

I went to McDonald's last night when I got off work with no pickles and no onions. Receive my burger and it had pickles on it. Gave it back and didn't check it until I was home and it didn't have any sauce on it. This McDonald's have to do better
