This is a pathetic excuse for a McDonald's ... We went at around 5:40 p.m the lobby was closed with an employee sitting in the dining room eating and brushing us off as if we were peasants. We had to say at the speaker 3 times what our order was and then had to say it twice more at the windows.... The girl at the second window was giving us severe attitude and they tried to not give us a drink. The nuggets were dark tasted like they were cooked this morning and my iced coffee was disgusting..... This is only the second time we have been here and we will not return. The first time we came thet shorted us on food and claimed that what we ordered didn't include something when it was on the receipt on the bag. The customer service is terrible and the food ain't much better... DO BETTER!!!!!

I recently visited the drive-through on November 2, 2024, at approximately 9 o'clock and received subpar customer service. The female employee who handled my order rushed through the process and responded to my frustration about the errors with mocking behavior. Additionally, when I requested sauce, the employee interrupted me and stated that they did not have 'coffee,' despite it not being part of my request.

Really bad experience with those employees, they are not at all cool. We order a drink in drive thru they confirmed the order later we went to collect drink they start making nonsense with us. They shutdown door on our faces . So please don’t visit this one.

Food was poorly prepared. Meat was hard and overcooked. Fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were dry and hard. Customer service at this McDonalds sucks!!!!! Our food was not prepared as we ordered. We were not given a receipt because the machine wasn’t giving out any as we were told by the rude person at the 2nd window. As hungry as are were, we passed on eating. All of our food looked as if it were cooked yesterday. Shame Shame Shame on you McDonalds!!!!!! You need to hire people who value their jobs more and actually give a damn about the customers

It has been on two occasions now that I’ve ordered and people who came and ordered after me, larger orders, got food before me. I waited over half an hour for one order of a burger and fries. They were not that busy.
