As of 7/13/25, I wouldn’t go to this McDonald’s. Especially not inside, where there is a terrible smell that seems to permeate everything. I purchased my food on the app and after entering the drive-thru, received my drink and was asked to pull forward to wait on my food, where I waited for 20+ minutes in my car before heading inside to try and understand why the kitchen was running so slow. When I went inside I was greeted by the sight of the manager yelling at his crew like they were misbehaving children, and not being any nicer to the guests in the store. I waited another 15+ minutes before being acknowledged and helped at all, with a small crowd formed around the pick-up counter as well. While I can understand being frustrated at how poorly staff is operating, I cannot condone that behaviour or treatment of others. I would suggest going to a different McDonalds, and checking back to this McDonalds in a month to see how things differ from my experience today.

I came thru the drive thru with a mobile order for a large frappe and got to the first window got my receipt got to the 2nd window and he tells me the frappe machine was out and I asked him then will I get my points back and he said no I said well I didn't get what I ordered your machine was down I should get my points or a iced coffee and he closed the window on me .

If you want to wait thirty minutes in a drive through for a mobile order and it not be fresh— this is the place to go! Otherwise take your $$ elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible. I really should stop trying. I love mcdonalds food but I don't need the attitude and clearly trying to take it out on my food. I have time to type this as we are all here in the pull up parking so no one is in the drive thru but no one has food.

This is a pathetic excuse for a McDonald's ... We went at around 5:40 p.m the lobby was closed with an employee sitting in the dining room eating and brushing us off as if we were peasants. We had to say at the speaker 3 times what our order was and then had to say it twice more at the windows.... The girl at the second window was giving us severe attitude and they tried to not give us a drink. The nuggets were dark tasted like they were cooked this morning and my iced coffee was disgusting..... This is only the second time we have been here and we will not return. The first time we came thet shorted us on food and claimed that what we ordered didn't include something when it was on the receipt on the bag. The customer service is terrible and the food ain't much better... DO BETTER!!!!!

My sister and I had lunch we both got the double fish sandwich fries and a drink the food was so good and really hot the sandwich was not messy it was perfect and the employees were all very nice
