My egg mcmuffin was burned on the edges and the cashier at the drive thru gave me a watered-down orange juice that tasted like water and not orange juice. I ate the mcmuffin and threw my orange juice away.

Place is an absolute disaster, employees rude and confused. I would have been better off going behind the counter and preparing my order myself. Had a curbside order brought out to me, employee never looked up from her phone while handing me the order, order was incomplete as she didn’t bring any drinks out. I went inside to get my drinks and this took another 30min of attempting to get their attention and explaining to them what i needed.

The food is decent if you order it online get him to bring it to curbside number then the employees don't know what type of person place the ordering but you never get any salt and pepper napkins even sauce for the nuggets if you don't specifically asked you won't even get basics a burger and a bag that's itParking: It is at an intersection basically a y and you can go completely around the McDonald's and you have two exits highland avenue and Madison avenue great place as far as location employees and service lack

Don't go inside if you want food here. There is no such thing as customer service if you're not in the drive-thru.I attempted to order inside but since I was paying with cash you can't use the kiosk and nobody would come to the counter after 10 minutes of standing there asking if I could order please. I had to go through the drive-thru to get food

Waited for curbside, I guess it takes 20 minutes for a small fries and 6 mcnuggets? Can't even go inside to ask for the order because the doors are locked, of course. My poor kids just wanted food. Never even got it even though we paid because it wasnt worth waiting an hour for food that takes 4 minutes to fry.
