21:41 last night ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal through the app. Got to the speaker. Gave my order number. They said pull around. Waited 30 minutes getting to the window, then they said they were out of hamburger meat, and asked me to change my order. I said just cancel the order. Girl leaves to get manager. Comes back 10 min later, and says well.... pull around and park and we will cook you a burger in 15 min. I said no. They refused to cancel my order, and i left.

I ordered a cafe mocha and a medium strawberry shake and a small strawberry shake. What I got was an iced coffee and and vanilla shakes. Their reason for this was that their machines broke for both the strawberry shake and the coffee and they decided to give us whatever they felt like giving without consulting us. They also didnt acknowledge that the coffee and shakes were wrong and tried to pass it on hiding it thinking we wouldn't notice. First we asked them for a refund on the coffee which they gave, but when we asked them about the shakes they said it was strawberry and when I asked why it was white she just said I don't know. Then she asked us to taste it tasted exactly vanilla, which is when she decided to mention the fact that the strawberry machine was broken too.

Out all the McDonald's in Montgomery, this one is by far the worst. I have never ever received hot food. The customer service is awful!!! Employees are very unfriendly. I came through the drive thru one night and all the employees were outside and had to run back in just to give me some cold food. They are all lazy and unprofessional!!! I went again from my lunch break and more cold food. These people need better training!

9/13/25 at 2PM. Waited 25 mins still order was wrong and food not to franchise standard. The bathrooms were filthy. The manager “platinum blond” kept yelling at staff “not refunding anymore food” Never will return to that store again

One of the worst customer service in the area. Employees keep customers waiting and do not even acknowledge their presence at the front counter. I waited for my food for over 20 mins. The blonde wig manager is the rudest of them all. Asked for cups and condiments and she threw the ketchup on my tray.

Bad built woman with platinum blonde bob wig came out the bathroom looking at us crazy and gave us these old fries and says there’s no such thing as “re-dropped” fries. If you don’t want to be here stay at home, they weren’t even busy. Then she gave us some more old fries

Whenever I ask for them to drop some fresh McNuggets they don't do it. Employees in the lobby hugging and kissing right in front of customers! McDonalds has really fallen off. Burgers and fries don't be got half the time. So frustrating!

Constantly gets orders wrong or just ignores what you say and puts down whatever. Staff seems to have an attitude because they work at the job they applied for. Take the extra time and go to any other McDonald’s in town
