Fries were cold and not fresh. Service wasn't friendly. You had to ask for napkins and refills. I didn't think it was customer friendly at all!

We are regular customers and have not had one good experience at any of the McDonald's in this area exception to Atlanta hwy. Today's food was open in the bag cold mushy fries and hard chicken nuggets not to mention the employees refused to give us drinks we paid for until we showed the receipt. The disrespect and the way the employees cut off the customers during ordering is unreal. Seems to be more laughing and gossip than customer service.

Despite the negative reviews, I have never had a bad experience. This is usually my morning stop and the staff is always friendly, my coffee is always fresh and food hot and fresh.

Had to wait 30 minutes for an order in drive thru. I had to go in and get my order which had been sitting there and all the food was cold.

Definitely the worse the general manager and day shift opening manager are not at all who they seem to be. They run this place like their own little frat house. They have a tendency to only hire certain children and the adult women are shunned and or eventually fired. The lack of respect towards staff is crazy. Only good thing is the evening managers.. Best time to go but very busy but they get it done . Order accuracy is the worst...your food is guaranteed to be incorrect or an excessive wait..and don't expect any empathy when waiting the extra 30 minutes they may delay. Only applies to day shift. Door dash orders are usually cold and the delay is simply regarded as guest with useless questions. I actually waited an hour... For an ice coffee and made to pay an additional dollar because they messed up my order.

I Came In Too Work This Morning Something Told Me Too Check The Schedule In I Was Off This Whole Week In Ain't Nobody Call Nor Text Me In Said Nothing That Really Unprofessional Too Me
I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s. My food was hot, fresh, and made just right -crispy fries, mc nuggets, and MC Chicken and the drink was ice cold. The service was fast and smooth, And everything was clean and well- stocked. A big shout out to Alkita, the manager, for running such a great team. You can tell she takes pride in the store because everything was on point. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s visits I've had!
Food was not fresh
Today at about 10:19AM, I placed a simple order of two steak, egg, and cheese English muffins via the MCDONALD’s app itself (KEY FACTOR HERE). I arrive to pick up my order and to begin with NO ONE was at the counter (which seems to be a regular thing nowadays), mind you the order is “mobile” for ONLY TWO sandwiches meaning the order should’ve been ready already, however it took someone at least 15mins to address me and the long line behind me and by this time because they hadn’t made my order or checked to see if I was there, my order was cancelled by the general manager there today while I was literally waiting IN LINE to pick it up. I left work to come pick up the order that was never made. THIS WAS NOT A DOORDASH, this was my personal order thru the McDonald’s app. I explained how I had been waiting before breakfast ended due to staff not tending the front counter to be inconvenienced and not even accommodated in any way for wasting my time and money (gas) for coming to get something ALREADY PAID for to not have be able to receive it. The general manager gave every excuse as to why my sandwich wasn’t made and her cancelling my order. I just ordered yesterday around the same time with NO ISSUE. Now today I needed “codes” and “pins” and to “check-in”. I RARELY eat McDonald’s and this is the BS service I have to experience. I’ll definitely be call corporate. Being busy shouldn’t be an excuse to not do the job accurately and or take accountability for one’s downfall.
Was about done with my chicken biscuit this morning when I noticed I kept tasting something chewy and soft. Only to open up the biscuit and see my chicken was raw. I am 23 weeks pregnant and this has me scared.
