I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s. My food was hot, fresh, and made just right -crispy fries, mc nuggets, and MC Chicken and the drink was ice cold. The service was fast and smooth, And everything was clean and well- stocked. A big shout out to Alkita, the manager, for running such a great team. You can tell she takes pride in the store because everything was on point. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s visits I've had!

Today at about 10:19AM, I placed a simple order of two steak, egg, and cheese English muffins via the MCDONALD’s app itself (KEY FACTOR HERE). I arrive to pick up my order and to begin with NO ONE was at the counter (which seems to be a regular thing nowadays), mind you the order is “mobile” for ONLY TWO sandwiches meaning the order should’ve been ready already, however it took someone at least 15mins to address me and the long line behind me and by this time because they hadn’t made my order or checked to see if I was there, my order was cancelled by the general manager there today while I was literally waiting IN LINE to pick it up. I left work to come pick up the order that was never made. THIS WAS NOT A DOORDASH, this was my personal order thru the McDonald’s app. I explained how I had been waiting before breakfast ended due to staff not tending the front counter to be inconvenienced and not even accommodated in any way for wasting my time and money (gas) for coming to get something ALREADY PAID for to not have be able to receive it. The general manager gave every excuse as to why my sandwich wasn’t made and her cancelling my order. I just ordered yesterday around the same time with NO ISSUE. Now today I needed “codes” and “pins” and to “check-in”. I RARELY eat McDonald’s and this is the BS service I have to experience. I’ll definitely be call corporate. Being busy shouldn’t be an excuse to not do the job accurately and or take accountability for one’s downfall.

Was about done with my chicken biscuit this morning when I noticed I kept tasting something chewy and soft. Only to open up the biscuit and see my chicken was raw. I am 23 weeks pregnant and this has me scared.

I am a frequent flyer here as it is only a half mile from my apartment but never again. I have tolerated the pee poor service for the LAST time! The food is perpetually cold and made sloppy an incorrectly not to mention at the prices McDonald's charges these days for the same dollars I can go into a set down restaurant an eat with great good an great service!!! This place is deplorable never enough excuses to cover for their ineptitude. Gone end up loosing over 5000 points too! Thanks

Lobby is closed before 8 PM the staff is rude as hell. Managers are disrespectfulIf you have a problem at home leave it at home don't bring it to work I give this 0 stars

Unprofessional, rude, & hateful employees. I never got my food. i tried to resolve the situation, but I have learned in live there is no cure for stupidity. Stay away from this location. Maybe the service is better at a different McDonald's.

This place is a horrible place to eat first off thier workers are totally incompetent they don't even know how to make the food they are hired to make now me nor my son has breakfast this morning cause your workers made the meal wrong and refuses to give me my breakfast made the right way even though they made it wrong gross should I say but because they done swapped grills I don't get breakfast but where is it that they are fixing their mess up oh by telling us oh well I'm gonna get on them in the back .. naw screw that where is my breakfast is what the hell I want to hear not cheese burger or pick something off menu and I could care less about you getting on to ur employees that don't feel a hollow spot in my stomach now does it yall suck there is always something when it comes to this place every time that's why yall only get my business once in a blue moon now. Use to I would do business with yall several times a week but not now yall literally don't have good customers service what so ever ....would leave yall o stars if it would let me and management over there is a joke as well very very dissatisfied and 9 out of ten would not recommend yall are horrible and I say that because it's true ... hire more competent people McDonalds it's not like yall don't have the money
