I ordered here from Uber Eats. The fries, chicken sandwich, and nuggets were all cooked in old grease. The fries did not have one bit of salt on them and they were brown from the old grease. I couldn’t enjoy my $40 meal and I’m really disappointed.

This location is a Joke. With McDonald’s suffering the way they are and have been, Why are you not selling chicken sandwiches and quarter pounders after a certain time? Make it make sense. This is horrible leadership.

I Ordered a #7. 2 cheeseburgers with a Hi C orange no ice. They gave me a Hi C with ice and 2 cheeseburger no onions. I gave it back to them at the drive thru window, which is not suppose to happen. They told me to pull to the front of the building. After a few minutes of waiting she brought out the food which it was hot but still 2 cheeseburger no onions, not what I ordered. I called the office phone it's going to voicemail.

The service sucks. The fries are never cooked right. My husband tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by going back there after they messed our food up twice this week. They messed it up tonight too. I am pissed but it will be okay. They will reap what they sow. Especially with the horrible service they give.

This place deserves 0 stars the absolute laziest staff & McDonald’s I’ve ever witnessed. I tried to add on a singular sandwich at the drive thru payment window and they told me they couldn’t do it at that time of night.. It was 9pm. I then ask at the next window if I could add the sandwich on and he said not at this window. So I told him I tried at the other window and then he said “he can’t tonight”. So I told him just tonight? To which he said yes. Also went inside to use the facilities and about 6 staff members were just sitting in lobby, and restrooms were disgusting with poop everywhere.
