The service sucks. The fries are never cooked right. My husband tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by going back there after they messed our food up twice this week. They messed it up tonight too. I am pissed but it will be okay. They will reap what they sow. Especially with the horrible service they give.

This place deserves 0 stars the absolute laziest staff & McDonald’s I’ve ever witnessed. I tried to add on a singular sandwich at the drive thru payment window and they told me they couldn’t do it at that time of night.. It was 9pm. I then ask at the next window if I could add the sandwich on and he said not at this window. So I told him I tried at the other window and then he said “he can’t tonight”. So I told him just tonight? To which he said yes. Also went inside to use the facilities and about 6 staff members were just sitting in lobby, and restrooms were disgusting with poop everywhere.

Rude employees, left food out my order 3 times, do not recommend this location, would not make the missing food right, edit 1/6/25, now they are blocking up the curbside pickup places with cars from the drive through!!!!!

They get orders incorrect rarely, but often enough I feel like mentioning. Otherwise, they keep the interior clean and the staff is friendly enough.
Edit: They've somehow gotten worse. They failed to listen a simple order: 2 plain double quarter pounders. We received 2 double quarter pounders with ketchup and mustard. We were feeding someone with ARFID, so the food had to be given to someone else. Luckily, Uber Eats refunded our entire order.
Employee forgot an item and tried to get the item and then waited for 20+ minutes and some lady came out saying we got it but we showed her we didn't and she was rude and made us leave without it

After staying away from McDonald's restaurants for a good number of months due to lousy service in my hometown I decided to stop by this restaurant while passing it as I was very thirsty and McDonald's generally has better tasting Coca-Cola from the fountain. So I go and place my order on the kiosk and walked up to the counter and initially I thought I was being ignored but a girl walked from the drive-thru area and handed me a cup so I thought okay well this is pretty good. I went over to the fountain machine and filled up my cup with ice and then press my cup against the Coca-Cola dispenser on the right side and was immediately sprayed with drink the head on this thing operated just like a yard sprinkler it's sprayed 360° and all over me. So I went to the single napkin dispenser on the left side of the table to grab some napkins to wipe myself down and it was completely empty I also noticed that there was some music speaker above my head in the ceiling that was playing music so loud and so aggressively that I almost lost my train of thought. I guess I should stay from McDonald's for another six or seven months maybe the bad ones will go out of business.

Asked for 30 sugars for a large coffee and a Seniors coffee Lol we can’t give you 30 sugars because it’s a shortage , I believe manager had said .Oh Mr. Ice cream machine is down again McDonalds now it’s a sugar shortage . The workers don’t have a right to worry about my health by lying let the customer worry about there own health just give the customer the good for the exchange of money .Your personal opinion by lying to the customer doesn’t matter dear.Not good customer service.

McDonald's on Zelda Rd. used to be one of the best locations. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and received the sloppiest most unappealing, inedible food I have ever seen. I had to throw it away. I would have taken a picture, but I was driving. I should have known, since I have been served undercooked egg on my McMuffin before. I stopped visiting after that, but now I'm done done!??

I've been to this location a couple of times. The most recent time, yesterday, was less appealing than the first. The person that handed me my food barely looked at me. I said, "Thank you" and I believe I said "Have a good day" as well, no response. At least look at the person while you're giving them their food. I know they're rushing and have quotas to meet, smiles and a thank you are free. As for the food, my McChicken was good, the fries could've used a little salt, and my large tea was not cold (very little ice).
