Waited 40 mins for a 6pc nugget combo. Wouldn’t have waited if getting a refund off the app wasn’t do difficult. Plus I visited a day prior only to realize that their hours updated and they’re no longer 24 hours but have yet to update it online to keep people from wasting gas.

Twice now when using my app and points I been told I had to pay for what should have been free through the app because their Internet is down but yet my phone showed they entered the code and they swipping debit cards! Guess someone there is enjoying free food!🤬

I stopped in for take out on 12/27/25 around 3:30 PM on my way home from work. I live 30 minutes away. I did a mobile order for a filet-o-fish sandwich and 40 piece mcnuggets. The bread and cheese was so hard it crumbled in my hands. Fish so hard could not bite into. My son opened the mcnuggets which were dark brown, dry and had black spots on them. He tried to eat anyway. To hard to eat. I was so upset I thew everything in the trash. I was to far away to take them back. I went into the McDonald's to talk to a manager. A tall slender black man with a head set on came out. When I told him what had happened, he went and got a plain piece of paper for me to write my complaint on. I told him I would just go on line and file my complaint. He did not act like he was the least bit concerned. For the record, I have bought the Mcnuggets and fish sandwich numerous times over the years with no problems. That visit did me in. I will never go back to McDonald's if this is what they have become. I would have rated everything a 0 if I could. TERRIBLE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime I come to this location and Tyrell is the Manager on duty at night it’s a joke. He doesn’t run the restaurant, it runs him and then he yells and cusses at the employees and customers. Rotten attitude and the food is super slow coming out, be prepared to wait about an hour or so for cold food. Even though they say they’re waiting on something to finish, not one thing will be hot or fresh. I’ve been here for breakfast and lunch and never an issue, just this one night manager that is sloppy and lazy. Guess no more dinner here and I’ve given it a fair shake several times realizing people can have an off day, but everytime? Nah.. I’m good.

I ordered here from Uber Eats. The fries, chicken sandwich, and nuggets were all cooked in old grease. The fries did not have one bit of salt on them and they were brown from the old grease. I couldn’t enjoy my $40 meal and I’m really disappointed.
