Slow, fries cold, burger burnt but not hot... Will not go back

4 black ladies arguing who had to serve me at the checkout counter. Apparently, no one. Left without service, food, and remembering why I normally eat at Chic-fe-let, Jack's, or Wendy's. Don't waste your time here-the same man was at the drive-thru the entire time I was inside, trying to get his order right. Service was bad, place was filthy, no napkins, cup lids scattered, and dirty mopwater splashed across the floor. Come to think about it, I'm glad I didn't get food there.

I literally walked in for my order and had to wait 10 minutes before someone spoke to me and on top of all this when I did get my service they were rude and nasty also very disrespectful. I would never return to this location and all this happened with a manager on shift

They told us that the lobby closes at 8pm and in the app it says that the lobby closes at 11pm this is not a good customer service as they said that we were not supposed se be allowed in
I’m traveling so I was really wanting to sit down and eat now I have to eat in my car

If I could give no stars I would. I have came here on Monday 12/30/2024 at 715 pm doors locked no dine in I guess ?? Staff was not friendly cashier barely said a word gave dirty looks and was rude when I explained my order was messed up won’t be coming back

Most times, don't expect to be greeted or thanked at the drive-thru cashiers window. I even reported one cashiers attitude to the manager.

Occasionally, a nice drive-thru cashier will greet you & say thank you. The pick-up window is a tad better, but don't get your hopes up high . Training & good manners don't necessarily come from home! Training on the job is needed. Manners & good etiquette skills are needed to deal with the customers.

It's a fast food place, so ambiance is not something you expect. What sets this one apart is a kind, patient, and friendly girl who takes orders inside. She was very kind to an old lady who had lost her way and was confused about what she wanted to order.

No salt on fries but alot of salt on the hamburger and the staff kept whispering in the head set and would wisper to you out the window and took a long time to give the food and I looked at the inside of my burger it was pink on the inside on half and the other part was cooked through it was a good thing I was not starving but they were busy I can forgive them but I am not coming back and would recommend looking at your food be for you leave i have been their before they did the same thing do not eat here if you do go be ready to throw up

Employees looking on their phones. I ended up having 3 employees by the time I received my food. None of them could smile or say thank you. Food was luke warm. Needed another syrup. Went up to get one and this person was biting her nails the whole time she was getting it for me. Never again at this location.

Ordered through the app, went to pick up they forgot the two frostys I ordered for the kids because they were trying to get me off their timer, once my food was brought they forgot the extra patty on my burger, i went back for the frostys but chose to ask for refund for extra patty, phone number doesn’t work goes straight to voicemail. Gonna have to go back with receipt to get it fixed.

I didn't take pictures bc I mean.....it is McDonalds lol. The service was decent. I ordered unsweetened tea AND GOT IT! That right there should be 5☆ bc of the more than I can mention sweet teas I have gagged on! I ordered a big mac combo meal and hubs ordered a filet of fish no tartar. My fries were hot, my mac had a good amount of mac sauce and his filet did not have tartar so all was good there. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. Decent stop.

We ordered our food on the kiosk. Waited 15 minutes as people came in aft us got their food. Finally a girl asked who had our number so I raised my hand. We waited a minimum of 5 more minutes. I went to the restroom and as I was washing my hands a young employee came out of the stall wearing his blue McD shirt, played on his phone, never washed his hands and went back to work. We happily forfeited the $20+ dollars and left!
