The Service At This Establishment Was Horrible, And If I Could've Said Zero, I Would. My Wife And I Had Dropped In For A Quick Pickup On Some Breakfast, But The Drive Thru Line Was Really Long So We Decided That My Wife Would Run In And Order Our Meal So We Could Dip On Out To Work. First, When She Walked In, The Workers Were Just Standing Around, And They Had So Many Customers Waiting On Orders. Next, The Kios Was Down And They Didn't Have No Signs On The Machines And There Was Nobody Up Front To Tell Anybody Or Take Orders As Well. By The Time My Wife Got Her Order In And The Food, 20 Minutes Had Past And We Were Late For Work. This Was A Piss Poor Experience And We Have Never Seen Anything Like This At This Particular Establishment Before Because They Are Usually Fast And Very Professional, But Today, They Seem Like They Were Being Bothered, But Hey, We Will See Again Another Day, But For Now, We Will Go To The Chantilly McDonald's, Sorry Folks, You All Were NotOn Your Toes Today.

I ordered 2 steak egg and cheese biscuit with no onions. But instead I got a biscuit and egg sandwich 3 days in a row. Waited 15 mins to get the wrong sandwich. Then they look at you crazy when you tell them your order is not right.
Food was hot and great. The employees went out of their way to great and service my wife and I. Given the opportunity we will definitely go back. Best McDonald's we've been to in years.

Truthfully I don't see how this is even called fast food anymore because the prices are really ridiculous I have my three grandchildren with me and their little children I got the cheapest sandwich and small frozen drinks for each of us why am I out of $40 we could have went to a sit-down place for that money with table side service
