This mcdonalds is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been too. Unprofessional and rude were the drive thru staff and the staff inside. Only one lady was nice to me and was actually trying to help me. I ordered my food,and get to the window to pay, there was absolutely no customer service at all. I didn't get a receipt, I asked and the girl told me no. I get to the second window they hand me the drinks, I ordered a large coffee she gave me a small when I corrected her and said no i paid for a large coffee,she said I'd have to go back around and order another one. I parked and went in to talk to management. I get inside and was met with hostility and racial slurs. I wasn't even mad,I just asked for my large coffee,the girl that starts cussing me said I had to pay 1.74 for the bigger size. At this point I didn't want to argue anymore,and just paid and left. However, I work for mcdonalds in florida for the same company that owns this franchise and none of what I experienced would have flew well down there. I have tried to call and report it but no one has returned my call so here's your review. Do better, I tried to chalk it up to maybe the ladies were having a bad day but there's no reason to act that hateful when literally your whole job is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wont be back,I will avoid this location and will tell my friends and family to avoid it as well while we visit.

Usually order breakfast, sometimes lunch or dinner - almost always busy location - usually have to wait up to 20 minutes after ordering if we order mocha frappes. I would not recommend trying to dine in because even though our order was taken quickly, it took about 20 - 30 minutes before we received our food while we kept seeing pick up and drive through orders taking priority - never dined in again, now only drive through

Disgusting food, zero management, and an experience that honestly made me sick.
This McDonaldâs on Eastern Blvd in Montgomery is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. I stopped in to grab food and maybe get a few Monopoly game pieces â instead, I got a hair in my chicken nuggets. It was beyond gross, and honestly enough to make anyone lose their appetite.
To top it off, I ordered multiple items that shouldâve come with four Monopoly game pieces, and they only gave me one. I didnât even get a chance to bring it up because the place was a complete circus, no one was paying attention, no one was in control, and the whole operation looked like it was running on fumes. The employees were clearly trying, but it was chaos from start to finish.
There was NO leadership, NO organization, and NO sense of cleanliness or care. The floors were dirty, the counter was a mess, and the staff looked frustrated and lost. Itâs honestly one of those places where you question how itâs even still open.
The manager, if there even is one, needs to be replaced immediately. Whoeverâs in charge has clearly stopped caring, and it shows in every part of that store.
So if youâre driving down Eastern Blvd thinking about stopping here, take this as your sign: Do NOT pass Go, do NOT collect $200, just keep driving. Youâll thank yourself later.

Absolute trash service! Took forever for the cashier to take our order because she was too busy flirting with two men at the counter. While waiting on the food she ignored other customers that were waiting at the register and kept going past them looking at them and going away, another employee kept going in and out through the counter bumping into a customer and just kept going. Fries were forgotten from my bag and when I asked the cashier for them she got snippy and said that the kids meal got the fries which I told her itâs mine missing not the kids meal which she said she would grab for me and walked off then another 5 minutes went by asked again and she ignored me, next time I sent my friend up to ask for them and she ignored him, he stood there for a few minutes and waited til the (I assume) manager to walk near and got her attention which she seemed to get an attitude too and walked off and got them for him. The play place is extremely hot to where after not even 5 minutes my daughter was pouring sweat and it was almost intolerable for us and other parents yet the lobby was freezing so obviously they have air so why not make sure KIDS have cold air too when they play???? Not to mention my child needed to use the restroom which at always locked at this location and when I went to the counter to ask if itâs open one boy looked around the corner from kitchen and gave a mean look when I asked then turned away so I asked again and he gave a worse look and walked away and another associate ignored me getting on her phone so I got louder and said excuse me can someone help with the bathroom so my daughter can go and the same manager chick popped her head around the corner on her phone too getting loud saying the bathrooms are open and never locked which how should I know yall decided this one day out of the year to keep the ladies room open? You need better staff here and not just a bunch of kids that are ignorant to anyone that either isnât near their age, their friend, or their skin tone???!!!
