The staff was very rude when serving our order, three items were missing (obviously we claimed them and they gave them to us), we ate inside, the place smelled bad, the bathrooms were closed, there was a lot of staff in my opinion, but little willingness to serve.

Slow, and terrible attitudes of employees. I left their two drinks for them because the way it took 5 minutes to replace to wrong drinks after she argued about it. She probably spit in it. Also, it took FOREVER I. The drive thru and wr could hear employees hollering and carrying on inside while we were trying to order. Management, get control of your store.
After seeing the other reviews, rude employees seems to be a common issue amongst your patrons. I wish I had seen this before stopping.

We did a mobile order and the food was quick, hot and correct. They also cared about getting my wife's name correct. Most people don't.

Nothing went right here. Our order was screwed up in so many ways. Ronald McDonald has to be rolling over in his grave knowing this place is the exact opposite of every McDonalds commercial I have seen. I don't know how corporate even let's this place hangup the golden arches out front. Avoid going here unless you have been stranded at sea for months and this is the only option you have.

Very disappointing experience, I always order a hot coffee with sugar free vanilla, and the woman at the drive-thru very rudely said they won't do that. Apparently they only do it for iced coffee, but in the past they've always done it for hot coffee. Maybe that's a new policy or something, but the rudeness was unnecessary.

It's McDonald's but it was good and warm. Order was correct and prepared fast. They did yell out my name instead of bringing it to the table I bothered to type in but that's minor. Could be cleaner but I think it's fine for a fast food spot.
