I gave 1 star for food because upon arriving for work, my order was not even what I ordered...I would have been ok with the order, but they burnt the ham on the croissant...smh...overall my cashier was very polite

Worst experience and food I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Arrived here at drive through at 5:30 pm on June 23, 2025. When I pulled into the drive-thru, it looked pretty busy which was odd because it typically is not. That should have been the red flag to go somewhere else. I was able to place my order at the speaker relatively quickly, but it was all downhill after that. After ordering at exactly 5:30 pm, I did not get to the window to get my food until 20 minutes later. “Yes”, I said 20 minutes to receive an order from McDonald’s. And even worse, after paying at one window, when I got to the second window to get my food, the window opens and the girl asks me what my order was and as I told her, I caught a huge swath of the smell of marijuana coming out the window. I don’t know if the girl had been smoking it on a break or what but the smell was undeniable. She also acted like she was a bit spaced out. No wonder service was so slow. Then to top it all off, when I got home with my food, it was cold. I had ordered a double cheeseburger, double hamburger and a filet-o-fish. The meat in the hamburgers were bone dry, so much so that you could hardly swallow them. The fish was not as bad but still cooked too long. Boy, times have changed. I have never seen a generation of young people that has such disregard for trying to do a good job. No, nobody wants to work them but you do, do it the best you can and hope to get the education and experience to find something better.

I visited this location on 8 June 2025 around 6:20 AM. I sat at the order window for a more than sufficient amount of time and was ignored. I drove to the window and it took a while before anyone came to the window. A female finally came to it and I said nobody took my order. She asked what I wanted so I said a number 11 with a bottled water (Bagel meal). She then informed me that there were no bagels ready so I left. This is the 4th time in 5 visits that they either gave me the wrong food, screwed up the order, or simply ignored me. This location has really gone down so I will stop going there. The lady today appeared to be a manager and her attitude was not appropriate.

Bunless double quarter pounder with cheese. Extra lettuce and onion. Pickles. Tomato. No sauce.

When you pay for extra fudge on the Sunday and tell the lady at the window you payed for extra fudge and the rude manager comes back with fudge is on the top and bottom. Can’t wait to reach out to corporate and your DM with your nasty attitude!!

Mechanical issues I guess. Just wanted a frappe.

It says on Google that they close at 11PM. Get there at 10:00PM and they closed make that make sense. I will only come here in the day time never at night anymore. It'll be a waste of time driving there, so go in the day time cuz they will close early. Just a heads up.

Last 2 times I used the app for a mobile order I waited 35 mins one day and i had to go back inside twice for forgotten items in my order and all i ordered was the 5 dollar meal deal and 25 mins the 2nd time luckily the food was decent that time
