Wanted in drive through for over 10 mins. Ordered 10 mcnugget meal for my boy's birthday. What he wanted. Got home and all that was in the bag was 2 things of fries. Needless to say I had a disappointed boy and it was storming and wasn't going to get him and myself back out to drive all the way back there to try to either get my food or money. Will NEVER go back to that McDonalds.

Terrible. Won’t be back. Handed me the drinks, I could Tell the syrup was out and the CO2 was out too so no fizz when I tried them. I asked for something else.. “we don’t have that.” RUDE, I got sweet tea and lemonade and they made me pull up. No sorry no nothing. Like I was Inconveniencing them that my drinks were bad?? Initially She also was on her phone texting and then handed me a cup that she stuck her hand in, not grabbing the outside of the cup. Major health code violation. I got a 20 count nugget and 2 large fries. They were SO OLD. I have pics. You can tell the fries are old. I knew before I even tried one. I just threw it away because going back to deal with them would just be a waste of my time. Fries were half full. It was just an overall bad experience with gross food and really rude people to deal with. I try to be overly nice and say, please and thank you and I got none of that in return. I literally felt like an inconvenience. I’m just trying to feed my family, but this was the nail in the coffin for me. I won’t be back.

I placed an order at the drive-thru for 2 orders of hotcakes and sausage and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I always pull up and check my order. Of course, the 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits were not in the bag! I immediately go back in to let them know and the young lady AND a person I assumed was some type of manager, both stated the biscuits had been put in the bag which I brought back in with me. So, I'm lieing about 2 biscuits??? Really??? I only stopped their instead of Hardee's because my brother likes their biscuits and they had the AUDACITY to imply I or ANYONE would lie about 2 biscuits?!!! The service was unprofessional to say the least and disrespectful to say the most!!! I don't know if the lady wearing the Grey shirt and afro puff is a manager or not, but she and her little cashier could both benefit from customer service classes expeditiously!! If the decorative head wrap I wore made them feel like I was someone to treat as less, than they both should think differently as you certainly judge my cover without knowing what or should I say who is in the book!!! Do better!!!!

I come here for breakfast alot, I mean alot! Everytime, they are quick even when they are really busy & to top it off they serve you with great attitude. Appreciate yall! Keep up the great work 👏

I'm not sure what the young Latino male name is, BUT, he is the epitome of what customer service should be. Well mannered, polite, knowledgeable, and hilarious! Kudos to the management team on hiring him!
