Don't place an online order here just go through the line. They won't contact you if they're out of something they just don't make your food until you arrive then you have to wait until everyone else in line gets served THEN they might start making your food that you ordered online an hour ago.

The food was not good...seems like this location has fell into the I dont care anymore attitude. Food quality not good and really needs to have a meeting about customer service and cleanliness.

Went into moes last night on april 16 2025 ordered two steak bowels one with extra chicken, and the food was absolutely disgusting. We had nothing but fatty parts of the meat in our food. The queso was watery, both bowels had no guacamole but as i opened it its guac on one of the bowels. This location is the worst location in the Montgomery area well most definitely stick to prattville and eastchase.

I had accidentally grabbed the incorrect to-go bag and made it all the way home before realizing it. I promptly called the store and spoke to the manager who allowed me to come back by, and they gave me my correct order. They surely didn't have to! I am appreciative of their kindness and willingness to correct my own mistake. Thank you all!

Best burrito after a crushing workout. I love dipping my burrito straight in the queso
Ordered door dash more than once , loved big pork sandwich $10.50. Liked pie better than banana pudding, in cups.
Parking: Area of town really has not developed any since the 80s, borders 2 colleges so not sure how that could still be true??

They don't comment to what they say and thy don't be honest with you about things like when I did the application it said hired but then wh. I called the Manger said its It's annoying. Whem u kept on calling bc we have four people ahead of you but I bet you none of them b on it like I be on it . And it was really Unprofessional. When the Manger said it's Annoying when I keep on call and checking up on the job

Normally moes is great. But the girls taking our order were extremely unaware. They even took 2 peoples orders in front of us. And just were not understanding what we were saying clear as day. Probably because they were on their phones the whole time. I understand needing a phone at work. But when your restaurant is full you don't show that.
The girl at the cash register was the only courteous one.
The others were unaware, unprepared, and just didn't care. Which. I get it. It's a fast food restaurant I assume. But still. At least be halfway courteous.

We usually frequent the Moe's in Opelika, but we were in Montgomery visiting my nephew, so we stopped in for lunch.
This location has a nice little patio for customers to eat outside. Inside, it seems like this location has been updated. Changing from red to blue was a good decision. It's an iconic color, for sure.
The ladies behind the counter were fun and very kind. We got our food quickly, even though there were several online orders being made alongside ours.
The food was delicious and exactly what we wanted. I got a veggie homewrecker burrito and it was excellent.
Altogether a great experience.
