Just saw the place randomly and decided to check it out one day and it’s sorta like chipotle but it was a lot easier to order and the food was top knotch at a great price. Around 15 for a burrito. So far I’ve been here twice and it’s hit both times.

1st and last time at this location. Portion sizes are extremely small compared to others, restaurants self serve area was not clean at all, and staff energy was nowhere to be found. I have been to all the other locations frequently and will return to them but nit this one.

I love Moe's in Eastchase. This is one of my best options when you are Keto. The fresh cilantro. You don't get that in most places. They also give you a choice between white rice and brown. I don't eat anything white. It's full of carbs and sugar.

Nicely commercialized, need to focus on food tho.
Both bowl and Burrito taste somewhat same, more salty and tangy. Based on ingredients, i was expecting bust of taste but little disappointment. Chips were undercooked and had oily taste. I Iiked the idea of sides of different flavor condiments you can take. Most of them taste amazing.

Eating my queso and suddenly in the queso appears a blonde with a tint of brownish piece of hair appears in my queso. I have tried calling the store 3 times and it constantly rings no answer and no voicemail pickup. The longest I let one of the calls ring was exactly 5 minutes. I know there were plenty of workers there and it’s 2:40 now not even lunch time. I was so looking forward to enjoying this queso and now I can’t.

If you want super slow service by employees who can’t put it into second gear, barely communicate with you and then serve you a cold burrito, then this place is for you!

Just left from this location and my experience was terrible as a customer. I may not eat there again. I got my food and went to get a drink and I got Ice and taste tested their new prickly pear drink, HATED IT (too sweet and doesn’t taste like the bin was cleaned!) then i got strawberry lemonade, just about an ounce till i pulled my cup back to see a metal spiral in my drink. I asked the manager to check my drink so he poured it out in a bowl and ACTED LIKE HE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING. so i picked it up and told him it’s metal in my drink. I COULD HAVE SWALLOWED AND DIED. all he did was give me another cup. NO APOLOGY, NO SYMPATHY = NO BUSINESS. i ended up getting frustrated due to the lack of customer service i received. so i requested a refund on the drink and he was not too happy to process it and i had to come out of pocket TWICE FOR MY FOOD because he didn’t do it correctly!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t even have to spend ALL BECAUSE THE METAL and his lack of sympathy. I will be calling corporate! :)

We love Moe's but it has become so expensive we can't get it very often . Family of 4 cost 70$ . So when we splurged and get Moe's the past 2 times there are so many things wrong that make us not want to spend the money again. The ckn is hard and all in one spot on my quesdilla, they didn't give us enough chips even though we order extra queso. The queso bowl was only 3/4 full and had hard chunks, my son burrito had very little meat in it (a problem we've never had with Moe's). Just sucks cause we love Moe's but can not spend 70$ on dinner and have it be a total disappointment. 😒

Chicken bowl, chips & queso and drunk for $14.50. Pretty good deal. White rice, beans, corn, black olives, cilantro, chicken. Salsa bar with all types of dips and salsa!
