Just saw the place randomly and decided to check it out one day and it’s sorta like chipotle but it was a lot easier to order and the food was top knotch at a great price. Around 15 for a burrito. So far I’ve been here twice and it’s hit both times.
I was overcharged for a vegetarian bowl that I didn't even get tofu on. Give me a break. Greedy.

We love Moe's but it has become so expensive we can't get it very often . Family of 4 cost 70$ . So when we splurged and get Moe's the past 2 times there are so many things wrong that make us not want to spend the money again. The ckn is hard and all in one spot on my quesdilla, they didn't give us enough chips even though we order extra queso. The queso bowl was only 3/4 full and had hard chunks, my son burrito had very little meat in it (a problem we've never had with Moe's). Just sucks cause we love Moe's but can not spend 70$ on dinner and have it be a total disappointment. 😒
Chicken bowl, chips & queso and drunk for $14.50. Pretty good deal. White rice, beans, corn, black olives, cilantro, chicken. Salsa bar with all types of dips and salsa!
Got food poisoning from a to-go order.
Excellent customer service, manager was very kind to help me out after lack of utensils provided from Nothing Bundt cakes next door does NOT include with their desserts.
I feel awful the manager has to pay to order extra for plastic wear at his store just because the store next door is cutting corners on their customers.
He was very kind and understanding and I now know the integrity plus atmosphere here is excellent at this location, and will come here rather than next door in the future when in Montgomery.
Kind staff like this make a lasting impression, thank you!
Owner at the register is very rude and very dismissive. I left the restaurant feeling as though I was treated as less than a human being . I will only go to the Zelda road location from now on. Very disheartening.
CHIPOTLE AND CAVA WOULD NEVER. The workers have great customer service and nice team work. A young man helped me and had a great attitude. The owner, however, is a penny pincher. He's obviously made the workers give smaller amounts of food and raised the prices. Even the chips are being rationed out, mind you they aren't even hot like they used to be. He will even watch you if he's at the register (which he is most times) and add extra money to your bill if you get a bigger portion than he wants to give. This is a great way to keep me from coming back.

This is the first time I ever went to Moe's. It's a little iffy the first time. I would say mine was a 4 out of 5. I did taste a bite of the other two people that were with me there. Mainly because I did not know what I was ordering but it was still delicious. I went with steak. Nacho bowl. They went with an adobe chicken rice bowl and a taco meat nacho bowl. All of them were delicious. I was trying something new it was okay I will go with adobe chicken from now on.

We just left this location. 11:30 on a Friday I would expect a cleaner restaurant and a better experience overall. The one female employee acted like she didn’t care what we wanted and couldn’t hear our son when he spoke to her. The saw her wipe her nose with her gloved hand and of course didn’t change her gloves. The chips were stale, the queso was cold, and the tables were dirty. For an almost $50 meal, I would expect better. The service industry is not what it use to be and this was a prime example of people who just didn’t care.

Pro:- A sweet young lady displayed professionalism and offered great customer service after her peer dropped the ball.
- Mgr took responsibility and stepped in like a leader with food prep
Con:- Employee dropped tortillas on the ground ... stated "oh well ain't my money" picked them up , trashed them, opened a new batch and begin to make new orders until I asked if she intended to change gloves, wash her hands, and toss the now new ones out.
- She was livid and was very disrespectful in front of my children.
- 3 customers left and stated they didn't trust what she had been doing prior if she would do that in front of us and get so angry when asked to wash her hands.
-She had 2 apple earbuds in on the line. Started with 1.
- Employee also behind the line handing tortillas and her cellphone
- Was allowed to stand by the register while I checked out and I do not feel safe that someone that lacks integrity would want to stand by the register while I swiped by card. She was also on her phone and could have been storing my information.
Again thanks to the employee that served my children and provided service with a smile. Professionalism goes a long way and my young girls were impressed with her not being a follower.
