If it were possible to give this place less than a star I would. The name should be MRS. LOSERS. I should have been suspicious when arriving and seeing that I was the ONLY customer at this place despite the other restaurants nearby having lines thru the parking lot. The chicken was freshly fried but was clearly fried in super old oil. It was so disgusting I became nauseous after taking a bite. Even the side items were nasty. Baked beans had a crunch and biscuits were over cooked and hard. Utterly Gross!

Was excited to hear Mrs. Winners returning to Montgomery after years of being away. Some things are better left just dead. Took 45 minutes to get my food. And was given 5 potato wedges. So I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the "rest of my wedges". And I can't blame the guy working because he was alone. ONE SINGLE GUY!

We sat in drive thru at the menu speaker box thingy for about 10 min after being told they'd be with us "in a minute"... Then pulled up to the window, sat there another 10 min or so til young lady came to window. I waited for her to confirm total then while I was digging out the change portion she abruptly left window. So we sat again waiting for her to come back to take our money and give us our food. After what seemed like at least another 5-7 minutes, we just drove off with nothing but wasted time and frustration. Mind you, the place was not overrun with customers. Parking lot only had a couple cars. Maybe that should have served as warning? ?

So, my family and I were here today at 6pm in the Drive-thru. We ordered the 12 piece mixed meal for $36.29. They had no breast/white meat chicken available, but threw in some wings, legs, & 2 tiny thighs, but still charged me the huge up-charge from Dark meat. The mashed potatoes were dry & gross. The macaroni & cheese was old, hard, & chewy. The chicken was old, chewy, & tasteless. Even the biscuits were hard, as if they were old. However, the one employee there, she was Very Professional & Friendly! Also, no Military/Veteran Discount was given either. Overall Very Disappointed with this location, because many years ago I used to enjoy this brand!

I stopped by Mrs Winners on Ann Street in Montgomery on Wednesday May 5th for a country fried steak with two sides and a biscuit. Everything eaw was very good. I enjoyed it very much and wouldn't hesitate to eat there again when I'm in town.
