For an Americanized Chinese place, New China is good, but I rated them lower because I feel like I got scammed. I had a coupon for buy 2 lunch entrees, get 1 free. We bought three lunch entrees and extra order of spring rolls. The total before the discount was a little over $29, but I ended up getting charged $27.55. Doing the math, my discounted total should've been a little over $21. I'm not sure how I got charged so much.

Typical Chinese take out place with pretty decent prices! Food was pretty good. Wonton soup was good; it had a yellowish tinge that we’re not used to, but flavor was on point. My dad loved the shrimp with mixed vegetables, and the shrimp fried rice was solid :)

I did take off a star though because the cashier did handle some cash and didn’t wash her hands after finishing a transaction. Moreover, the yum yum sauce doesn’t taste like the ones you’d find...

- Egg Drop Soup [5/5]
- Chinese Donuts [5/5]

I did not enjoy:
- Hot & Sour Soup, it did not taste correct
