My wife and I had dinner at Osaka for Valentine's day. The restaurant was decorated for Valentine's and my wife loved it, thought it was very cute. Our server was awesome, very attentive and polite. The food is AMAZING. We had appetizers, sushi, and hibachi dishes. Everything was delicious (but I think the sushi was a fav) and we will definitely be back!!

I always get the same sushi roll the shaggy dog this time it didn’t taste the same it was very salty and had a coffee like taste for some reason I got it delivered and it was also cold and it’s never cold. I don’t know what happened this time but I got it shortly before they closed and I’ve heard they rush towards then end of the day and use old meat but idk if that’s true

I ordered Tempura udon, but the udon soup is not even close to authentic Japanese udon. I was very disappointed. Not going there again.

The didn’t prepare my whole order. Ordered online. The whole point of ordering online is so you don’t have to wait. Especially at lunch time.
We tried Osaka tonight for the first time. We drive past it all the time. Our other sushi regular spot is steadily going downhill. For a starter we got the fried calamari. It was very nice. Soup was served because we ordered a dinner. We then proceeded to order 5 rolls. What I liked was that it was placed on a boat instead of one ore two rolls at a time on different plates. The rolls are very big. Not necessarily longer, but definitely thicker. Normally, 5 rolls we would be full. Tonight we almost couldn't finish. But we did. The pile of ginger and Wasabi was generous. Our server was very friendly and helpful making recommendations from the menu. The restaurant was clean and appropriately decorated. Comfortable. They had a nice selection of other traditional Japanese restaurant staples. The only reason I gave the food a 4 star rating is because the Wasabi on the side was rather weak. Other than that, everything was really great!!

Went to the restaurant for dinner and the entire experience was great. Staff were friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to make guests feel at ease. The food was well presented and delicious, especially the sea bass in honey and miso.The only negative was too sweet and lacked punch. We ordered the outta control roll, a plate of hibachi and a sushi entree, everything was so good and I feel like the prices were very good for everything we got. Service was excellent as well.

So bad! Our server is terrible. She's been suggesting we order expensive sushi. We are really frustrated. Never back here again! We ordered cheap food and the service was terrible.
