I absolutely love it. And I work at outback too. The staff is absolutely amazing and the service is fantastic. Wish I could give it 10 stars.

Really hesitant to go back. Usually it’s a great experience here but just something about last night wasn’t it. First we come in I have a small one year old. They ask if I need a booster chair, i said i need a high chair. They come back with a booster chair, we are in a booth with no chairs any small baby is going to slip. I reiterate for a high chair we get one and move tables. The high chair has no buckles so now I have to keep an extremely close eye so she doesn’t get out. Ok now we come to order I ask very specifically for my steak to have no butter because my child is allergic and I’m sharing with her. I also asked if the bread had dairy, never got an answer. Food comes we don’t realize I have a bigger ribeye than normal until we pack up the leftovers. My ribeye was switched with someone else’s in the table. Ok well maybe they got the memo it was supposed to be dairy free. Because the sides matched for me. No. My one year old is now in pain and screaming every time she goes to the restroom. I’m thankful it wasn’t a life threatening allergy but to listen to her in pain from something that I can’t fix other than to let it pass is something no mother wants to go through.
Please do better in making sure allergies are listened to. Even rarer ones. If you have an allergy please reiterate with them here.

My to-go order is almost never correct when come to this establishment. Unfortunately didn't notice the mistakes until got home this time but won't make that mistake again. The last two visits my order was also wrong but caught it before leaving. also watched my order sit there while staff walked past it for at least 10-15 minutes instead of bringing it out which left the food cold. be bringing it back tomorrow for a refund but can promise you won't be returning after that.
I worked for Outback in the 2000s and know there are standards and procedures that should prevent this from happening repeatedly yet somehow this location continues to drop the ball. You've lost a customer for good.

Take out ordered. Bond-in ribeye, cooked medium. The 1/2" steak was cooked properly but had the tenderness and flavor of a sirloin...it was a challenge to cut and eat.

Took my wife here on a date and really enjoyed it. The food was good and Hot 🔥 the customer service was on point. Our waiter also made sure to come back and check on us from time to time to make sure we were good and I also enjoyed his friendly conversation as me and him had some of the same interests. I also really enjoyed the appetizer called the 3 cheese steak nacho dip. Definitely will be going back
