I visit this place at least three times a week. I am really let down by how the window staff, particularly a customer service representative named IZTEL, handled the situation. First of all, as I was halfway down the street enjoying my small bowl, I noticed that my rice was undercooked. It was so tough, it felt like they just took it out of the box, added some grease, and served it in the bowl. I had to go back through the drive-through, and mind you, it was raining. The staff member seemed upset, as if I had offended her, and told me I would have to wait 13 minutes for the order I had already paid for. I requested a refund, and she immediately became irritated, as if I was the one causing trouble. When she got an attitude, I tried to return my drink, but she refused to take it. Eventually, she refunded me my money and asked for my phone number. However, she only refunded half of my order and didn’t give me back the money for the drink I was trying to return. By the time I set the drink down, it had spilled all over my clothes and in my cup holder because there was a hole in the bottom of the glass. I ended up going in 3 to 4 times and wasted 15 to 20 minutes there due to the cook's negligence and the terrible customer service. I had to go in a third time to get the refund for the drink, and the manager also seemed annoyed. I’m not sure if they are related, but her attitude seemed to reflect the overall vibe from the window staff. I am very disappointed with both the customer service and the food quality. The chicken was seasoned well, but the rice was hard and completely uncooked. When I returned for the third time to get the rest of my refund, I saw them dumping out a large pan of rice.

This is my second time tried at Panda Express. I didn't like first time but this time is better for taste and service. I'll try one more time for try keep to favor store.

I don’t even know where to start. I got the teriyaki chicken and as soon as I bit into it, it was ALL slimy and just pieces of fat. I’m starving so I kept trying to eat it but then I noticed this weird yellow stuff that looks like worms and I’m literally sick now. I will never return to Panda Express. The quality has been unacceptable for years now but it was the only thing close so I tried again and regret it. I need a refund immediately. Please do better. You are making people sick!!!

Definitely recommend this Panda. I know it has some bad past reviews, but this was the first time I've been here and they must've really turned it around. Prompt and friendly service. The manager was also friendly, and the new staff was learning quick. The restaurant was very clean, and well stocked.
Plentiful portions of all very good food. I had a plate White Steamed Rice and Super Greens, with Black Pepper Sirloin Steak and Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. Also had an order of Cream Cheese Rangoons.

Great service, fresh food
It was only 7:30 PM, but there was no Supergreen.
The noodles also had a different, unpleasant smell compared to other locations.
The orange chicken was soggy.
Only a white man who appeared to be the manager was kind and working hard.

Personally, I love panda express but this location in each case has got a real problem…. I’d say at least 7 to 8 times out of 10.. They’re out of white rice!! And this is at 11:05 AM!! White rice is the main staple of most of the dishes!!! I don’t understand what the problem is, steam extra, get there early whatever but every time I go out there and there’s no white rice you’ve wasted a trip for me.. I don’t eat fried rice and I don’t really like the lo mein, but I will get it because I’ve already driven… If it wasn’t for The white rice problem, I would give you five stars… You say managers get paid $75-$100,000 a year… Well, you need to hire somebody else to make sure You have plenty of white rice!!! Just my humble opinion

The older lady working the drive through was so nice and her customer service was impeccable, I almost thought I was at Chick-fil-a. She deserves a raise. The food was yummy too! Wow! 10/10

Whoever was in the kitchen today, September 22 @ 1 pm. Pleaseeeee let them know that this has by far been the best panda plate I have ever eaten. So good, and the noodles were actually not dry!! Amazing, great job.
