I had the worst experience here tonight with a gentlemen at the front desk. I ordered $22 worth of food for take out. I go in to pick it up and pay for it with my debit card. The cashier tells me it's declined. At the same time he is telling me this my bank is sending me an alert. It turns out the charge was blocked and he tried to charge me $31 instead of $22. I showed him the alert from the bank he just grinned and tried showing me a receipt. We also checked out their website prior to going & at checkout they charge an automatic tip you can't remove & a service fee. After, I left the establishment he called me and asked me did I still want the food. The food is very good but we never have any issues when the lady is working the counter.

Very saddened to say, we have loved this place for 7 years. My family was obsessed with their honey chicken. Something has changed… the recipe, management, care about product something. I have to say tonight was the second time we were dissatisfied with the new changes. Have decided it is time to find a new place to order from. Sorry, but goodbye and good luck.

They put a wet paper towel in my food under all of my meat and vegetables. I’ve been going to them for years and if yall didn’t want nobody after 8:30 pm, yall could’ve just turn people around instead of playing with their food like little kids. Highly do not recommend eating at this establishment because they get bored and do unprofessional disgusting things like this. This is the most disrespectful restaurant that I ever went to in my life and the fact that yall put a washing and dry restaurant paper towel that the employees used for most restaurants around here is highly unacceptable.

I ordered the two meat combo with orange and honey sesame chicken with white rice and spring roll. This was the most discusting Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. The meat was hard with a bad taste . The white rice was hard and not fluffy ,spring roll tasted sour . I threw up for almost two hours . My stomach hurts . I will never eat at this place again. I will bring back their food tomorrow because I’m too sick to take it back tonight . And I expect a full refund. It’s very disappointing that they serve food tomorrow the public . Spoke with manager and he was very nice told me to bring back the receipt and I told him I’ll bring the food back to to get my refund

Dang good! Like, I normally don’t rave about food often, but the Mongolian chicken is 🔥. Out of the all the Chinese restaurants, this was doesn’t give me indigestion so you know the ingredients are fresh cooked.
