My family and I love this restaurant for the food and the service. We notice over time some restaurant food change. Either the quality, quantity, or/ taste suffer because of this. We just relocated here from Las Vegas and was having a hard time finding good Lo Mein until we found Panda Inn. Only thing we wish for is larger portions for your money

We are new to Alabama and have been trying to find good food. We luckily found a gem!!!!! The food is delicious! The quality is exceptional! The prices are more than fair and the restaurant is extremely clean. We are definitely going to be loyal customers of this establishment. Thanks Panda Inn :-)

Got some spoiled chicken sticks today. After biting into one of them it smelled rotten 🤢 🤢🤢

I had been going here regularly since the management change; but will not be returning.

Great food and great prices. Customer service is great. A huge plus is the "no msg" advertisement. I can definitely tell the difference. Msg is not necessary for great food.

Save your money and time go somewhere else. They load your dish with onions and sauce and skimp on the meat/seafood. Not worth the time. Please go to another restaurant.

I didn’t get a chance to order because I asked for the ingredients and they wouldn’t tell me I’ll never shop here again

Beef teriyaki sticks were so tough they were inedible. Fried rice was undercooked and crunchy. Egg and spring rolls were just ok. General Tso’s chicken and bourbon chicken weren’t very good either. $50 wasted. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Actually minus 20 stars!!!I was really looking forward to having Chinese food for lunch. I got back to my office and opened the bag and discovered that nasties food I've had in a long time. The spring rolls had some foul tasting and slimy filling. They didn't put any packets of duck sauce or soy sauce that would have -- maybe - helped with the flavor somewhat. The chicken dish had some nasty, gel-like chicken in place of real actual chicken. It was, by far, the most disgusting meal I've had in a very long time. $14 for something that was thrown out uneaten. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone (if you can even call it that). Would not even feed this to my dogs. And, will most definitely never ever be back.

I really don't like having to leave bad reviews for any restaurant, but I figure if they don't hear what they're doing wrong, they'll never have a chance to improve.I ordered delivery of the lunch-priced orange chicken with fried rice, and a small hot & sour soup. It was only about 1:45pm so I thought it would be early enough in the day that the soup wouldn't have sat long enough to be thick and goopy (due to being continuously heated while containing cornstarch). I was completely wrong. When my order came I found the soup to be the consistency of half melted jelly. I can't eat it, and I'm fairly certain that no soup is supposed to be that thick. I don't even have any chicken broth to try to thin it with, and I hate having to do that anyway because it dilutes the flavor.Furthermore, while writing this review and eating, I found several pieces of chicken at the bottom of the container that taste foul, and I'm not talking as in poultry. This might be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me. Panda Inn enjoys being surrounded by several neighborhoods, so they should have plenty of traffic. Unfortunately, I've seen them deteriorate over the last few years, and I doubt they'll be open much longer unless the quality of their food improves. Soup should not sit until it's practically solid. Make a fresh pot! Don't hide half spoiled pieces of food at the bottom of the pile and think they won't be noticed.I can't believe I just spent $28 for a simple meal that I found I couldn't eat a third of.
