So, the only issue I have with Panera Bread (Eastchase) is that they tend to leave items off your food order. The personnel who work there are very professional and maintain a clean environment. They’re very nice, and the food is really good.
However, on more than four occasions, I’ve had items left off my Order when visiting the drive-thru, and most times, my wife or I don’t realize until we get home. This becomes frustrating because I don’t want to go back out.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive through. And my order was incorrect. I went in to talk to the manager and he took great pride on tell me he packed my order. While waiting in drive through, I rang the bell to see how long it would be. The girl who answered told me in the most condescending tone that they were busy and didn't know how much longer. The pastry wasn't warmed, the employees are a joke. My business is now going to Starbucks down the road.

Food is always good, but some of the items in my pickup order were wrong. Guess it's partially my fault as well for only checking the order receipt attached to the bag and not looking at the actual food items in the bag. I realized this once I'd gotten back home.

I always usually have a great meal there and time but I went today ordered a italanio sandwich which is supposed to come hot but the sandwich meat was cold inside the sandwich and the bread was hard definitely not what I expected from them. Didn’t seem fresh just opposite of what I usually receive from them definitely was disappointing.
