Was looking forward to trying this location on January 2nd but when we arrived from out of town, it was closed. Prior notice of restaurant’s closure was not posted on any online sources to include website or social media.

I prefer the baked chicken breast every time.

Unfortunately they were out of fried chicken but the baked was fantastic! The star of the show was the Mac and cheese. It was probably the best I’ve ever had🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

We were very hungry after church so we decided to come here. We've been here in the past, food was good then. But today, it was very very disappointing. Nothing was seasoned, cornbread was old and hard. Ribs taste like they just boiled in water and put some barbecue sauce on top. Okra was boiled in plain water, blackeye peas poured straight from the can. I've never really had a problem with eating fried chicken. I thought I could use some hot sauce to give it some taste, but they were out of hot sauce. We really tried to eat it, but ended up throwing everything away. It's so disappointing when you spend your hard earned money on food that people seem to just throw together with no love. We will never return or recommend.

Our buffet lunch was soooo delicious! Crispy fried chicken, flavorful collards greens, and the cheesy macaroni and cheese will make you want to hurt somebody! Pannie-George's Kitchen was enjoyed by all! 💯

Staff very friendly but food was not good. Fried chicken was ok. Pinto beans and turnip greens looked as they were from cam and heated through with a funky spice added. Peach cobbler was horrible. Tea was excellent.

The chicken was good with hot sauce but everything else was nasty the mac and cheese was disgusting hard added alot of cheese but still watery and like it was certain parts that was very hard and damn near broke my braces bracket furthermore Broccoli was nasty unseasoned i tried adding black pepper and salt was still nasty just dont go here dont waste your time.

Pannie-George’s Kitchen in Montgomery is an awesome place to eat, laugh, and relax. The employees work really hard, and they make sure that the food is serve with love. However, they are all from this beautiful community of Montgomery to live and work here is a blessing. I recommend you all take the time to get to know these folks, try the food for yourself, and look how they keep this restaurant clean inside and out. They are so really awesome people.
