First time to order at this location. First time to eat at Papa John's in over five years. I was craving what I remembered. This is the worst pizza I've had in a very long time. The dough wasn't even done and my husband's pizza was thin crust. Made him sick as a dog. My dough wasn't cooked either (original crust). I even stuck both in the air fryer til the outside crust was burnt tasting and the middle was still raw!! Gross!!! Made my poor husband sick as a dog!!! Threw that $40 in the trash. Wouldn't feed it to my dog. Very disappointing. Guess it's not anything like I remember. YUCK!!! Wish I'd taken a picture. Ordered him The Works and all the ingredients was on one side of the pizza. very disappointing!!! 🤢🤮

The manager / owner of this franchise location needs to be replaced. Horribly mismanaged. Ordered online, said it would be ready in 50 minutes. Long, but OK. 90 minutes later, still nothing. Called the store for an update, they said their driver would be back in 20 min and it would be delivered 40 min later. 2 hours after I ordered online. It's pizza people, not french cuisine.

I ordered the 10 piece boneless chipotle chicken it barely had any sauce on it. I also ordered the chicken Parmesan papa bites they were thrown together. You can tell they do not care about your order.

I ordered a pizza and 2 dipping sauces, pizza was delivered, and of course, no dipping sauces. They did send it, but it got to me 45 minutes later, and of course, pizza was cold already.

This store has the worst customer service on earth. Their app glitched causing my one of my pizzas to be deleted and then copied the other. The corporate number told me that it was a store issue and the store manager told me to kick rocks. That if I wanted to correct pizza I would have to pay for it the order again. Manager was rude about the entire situation and all I wanted was the correct pizza. She reused and said I would have to pay for the pizza if I wanted the correct one.

It’s Papa John’s, you semi know what to expect. Well not at this one. I’ve ordered 3 times. First time it’s took almost an hour for a pick up order of a pizza and wings. The second time, no issues. The third time…well I won’t be going back. I called to ensure that they could deliver to a specific location, and they assured me that they could. I therefore placed an order for 4 XL pizzas. They called me back 30 minutes later to say that they could not delivered and that I would have to pick it up. I agreed and they told me it would be ready at 11:30, already and hour and fifteen minutes after I placed the order. I arrived only to have to wait another 20 minutes for the order to finally be ready. In all an hour and thirty five minutes from order to pick up. That’s fine, I fully understand that things happen, people call off, you get busier than expected, so on. Well I get back and open the boxes and the pizzas are cut in a manner that delivers extremely large slices and extremely small slices. Absolutely zero consistency and regard for self pride in your job or delivering a quality product to a customer. I had been ok with the wait if they could have ensured a quality product. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location.
