I placed a delivery order online for a large pizza and soda. Received an email confirmation shortly thereafter with a link to papatrack. The latest delivery time was listed as10:44 p.m.. I checked back on the link around that time and it showed delivered. No one had knocked on the door or anything. We looked around on the porch to double check if it was left outside, but it was not. I called the store immediately because they were closing soon. My husband walked to the two houses on either side of us just to check if it had been left at the wrong house, nothing. I let an employee know we had not received our delievery, he asked me to hold while he contacted the driver. When he returned to the phone he explained that he was unable to reach the driver, apologized, and asked if he could have a new pizza sent to us. I accepted the offer and thanked him (10:46p.m.) At 11:43 p.m. I phoned the store back because we still hadn't received our pizza.. No answer. At 11:47p.m. I receive a phone call from the employee who let's me know that he just noticed my pizza is still there and asks if it's okay to still have it delivered. At this point, I'm confused, hungry, and pretty upset. I said that that would be okay, but politely mentioned how I was confused how this could happen. He apologized and said that he was also confused. Because their store was closed he would have to contact a third party to deliver the order. I agreed. A few minutes later at 11:53 he called back to let me know that he had our our dispatched to the third party and he was just waiting for them to pick it up. At 12:40a.m. we still didn't have a pizza. We were exhausted and pretty sure by this point we weren't getting a pizza so we went to bed.

Ordered a small peperoni pizza. Had to wait like a hour to get it. Well when i sat down to eat it i noticed theres no peperoni on it any where. Lesson learned check your pizza before you leave. Called manager and didnt nothing to fix the situation or even apologize. They will not get anymore of my bussiness. Id rather pay more get what i ordered and have good service.Check you pizza before you leave.

I can't speak to the atmosphere of this location because I ordered delivery from there. It was a decent tasting pizza, but they have the same habit other pizza places have: the pizza wasn't cooked completely. How does a "Thin and Crispy" pizza end up limp? By not being cooked until it's done. They also dump most of the ingredients (I ordered ham & pineapple) in the middle of the pizza instead of scattering it evenly across the entire thing.

this pizza was a godsend. i’m stuck in lodging on gunter annex and needed something besides dfac slop. my pizza looked and tasted amazing and my driver was so sweet. god bless u papa johns!!

My order was not shown to me when I picked it up. When I got home my Supreme pizza had no sauce on it and I was supposed to have a pepperoni pizza I ended up with a cheese pizza. I was very unhappy when I got home.
