I went to this place since I just moved to Alabama and I love Papa Johns, when I came in I was met with great customer service until the manager walked in and started berating the employee who was helping me out. I ended up getting into an argument with her over her ego and treatment of people. She needs to be removed, as the employees are great but she is just awful

Ordered from them 3 pies, asked for extra cheese and sauce and all 3 came exactly as I asked. Most places do not even bother to follow this request! But they did, pizza got here on time and hot. Also heard that the district manager had to go in today due to being light staffed and he did a amazing job. I am very happy with my order and have mass respect for the quality that was delivered to my home.

The app showed our address as being outside the city, when we live in the city. Tried calling them to discuss options, but they refused to work with us and were rude over the phone.
It was your app that failed to display my address correctly, to demand I do pickup is not reasonable. I can't do pickup, which I why I want delivery???

We ordered pizza for carry out Saturday night and they messed up the order. Specifically, we ordered and paid for stuffed crust and got it home to my hungry children to discover that the crust wasn’t stuffed. When we reported the issue, we were told we should have checked the order before we left the store. Are people really out here pulling their pizza slices apart to see if the crust is stuffed? Mistakes happen but own it instead of blaming the customer. Yikes. The quality of the pizza has also really gone down hill, too. It was like little Cesars without the cheap price tag to go with it. We won’t make that mistake again.

My Wife And I Wanted Some Good Pizza, So We Responded To Papa Johns On Zelda Road In Montgomery. Karen Stewart Greeted Us With A Great Smile And Asked Us For Our Order. We Order One Large Super Hawaiian Pizza And One Large Works Pizza. JyQur B. (Twin) Was In The Kitchen Doing His Thing, Flipping That Dough And Saucing Those Pizzas Up With Flavor. The Establishment Was Very Clean And Our Pizzas Were Delicious. We Will Definitely Be Back For More Good Food And Great Service.

There's a young pizza maker who's name begins with a J. He literally sings to the pizza dough. He takes special care while putting together these pies. It's the best Papa John's Pizza I've ever tasted. No wonder why this place is always busy.
