Located opposite Lowe’s in a strip mall, mainly takeout with a several tables, no public restroom. I had chicken teriyaki which consisted of bite size pieces of chicken with rice and broccoli. Will search for better Asian takeout. Not bad not great

Previously, Logans meats as evidenced by the wallpaper. Clean, fairly quiet, with cozy places to sit. Long vertical blinds to block out the sun 🌞 in those full glass store front and corner walls. That said, I feel the majority of customers live just down the road in the large apartment complexes and order ahead for carryout. In the 3 sectioned to go foam box , the largest section contained the rice. Chicken in a small rear compartment and veggies ( large onion pieces and broccoli 🥦 mainly) in the other small side. It was obvious that the teriyaki sauce had been squirted onto the portion after it was placed into the box. The rice was good, but eggs were hard to find in this fried rice, just like carrots 🥕 🥕 were down to 2 slivers and 1 piece of zucchini the size of a nickel if I estimate generously. Don't get me wrong , I was hungry when I went in. And with the rice included, I filled that hunger. But I'd have rather paid more to have more of what was supposed to be there. Personally, the dish wasn't flavorful enough for my taste, but soy , 2 packs, and 1 yum yum were made available. The yum yum was good tasting. I feel like it's a place I'd make sure I locked the vehicle's doors. If you are familiar with the area, then you can spot the homeless population, and you wouldn't want to temp them if they were prone. ( I say that because a backpack wearing guy crossed ( and circled back) in front of the store not long after myself and another customer arrived. . If you don't care for the heavy salt and sugar that some Chinese places and dishes offer , then Japanese is much less saturated with these or oil. It's bound to be healthier in that sense.

Perfect lunch spot. Call ahead and it's ready in 10 minutes. Best lunch spot for less than $15 in Montgomery. Never disappoints.

Incorrect order & the food I did receive was not good. The shrimp was obviously old, it was hard.

The pricing is what I enjoy the most! This is an inexpensive way to enjoy hibachi. Of course the taste is not the same, but it is still pretty good.
