went today, 7/23/25, a new guy was training on register. he was very kind and seemed to be enjoying the training process.
I ordered the personal pan with fries for lunch and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. the manager was there ensuring proper training and expediting the food properly.
overall 10/10 experience and will be back for lunch with coworkers soon :) thanks Pizza Hut !!

I wish I could say it was over cooked or rock hard, but it was just stale. Our order came late, like every time, but it was stale af! We couldn’t even eat it. The taste was SO bad. Rock hard pizza and breadsticks would have tasted better. Don’t waste your money here.

My daughter picked up the worst food ever. The pasta was dry as a slice of bread. I know it was re-warmed from earlier and it looked kinda burnt. The melt was burnt. It was so hard I couldn't even eat it. The dogs didn't even want it. When I tried to call them they kept hanging the phone up. That’s why I use the other one on Atlanta Hwy. They make better food all day everyday.

I tried to order on your website for a store 1.7 miles away and order wouldn't go through. I called the store and she saw my name but no order so she took order for me. Then tells me they don't deliver to my area I'd have to go to the Millbrook AL approximately 17 miles away. I said they won't deliver here I gave you the hotel address where I'm residing looking for a home. She said my phone number cones up they can't deliver to me which is rid aren't people allowed to travel? And I said that to her and she hung up on me. If this is your policy I really feel you should rethink this you'll lose a ton of business or pleasure travel
