I wish I could say it was over cooked or rock hard, but it was just stale. Our order came late, like every time, but it was stale af! We couldn’t even eat it. The taste was SO bad. Rock hard pizza and breadsticks would have tasted better. Don’t waste your money here.

My daughter picked up the worst food ever. The pasta was dry as a slice of bread. I know it was re-warmed from earlier and it looked kinda burnt. The melt was burnt. It was so hard I couldn't even eat it. The dogs didn't even want it. When I tried to call them they kept hanging the phone up. That’s why I use the other one on Atlanta Hwy. They make better food all day everyday.

I tried to order on your website for a store 1.7 miles away and order wouldn't go through. I called the store and she saw my name but no order so she took order for me. Then tells me they don't deliver to my area I'd have to go to the Millbrook AL approximately 17 miles away. I said they won't deliver here I gave you the hotel address where I'm residing looking for a home. She said my phone number cones up they can't deliver to me which is rid aren't people allowed to travel? And I said that to her and she hung up on me. If this is your policy I really feel you should rethink this you'll lose a ton of business or pleasure travel

The order took forever to get. Delivery guy waited 30min to an hr to pick up order. Specifically asked for 2 Dt Dr Pepper and 2 Dt Mountain Dew in the 4pk 20oz bottles I ordered.i got 4 regular of those. Price was outrageous, delivery fee and service fee didn't match what I got. What I got was worth maybe 10- 15 dollars and it costs me 30. That was for a medium sausage pizza, cinnamon rolls, 4pk sodas and free breadsticks
Terrible customer service.I had to call for 10 mins straight to find out where my order was.I ordered online and it took 2 hours and 12mins to deliver and the reason they said was they didn’t have any drivers so they had to give my order to door dash.If i wanted to use Door dash i would have ordered through door dash..My pizza was cold but the door dash lady was very apologetic…Get it together Pizza Hut

This it's really hard to rate this because the service was actually really good. Once we got service. We ordered online. We waited a while and then drove over to the drive-thru. When we got there we realized they had not even started our order. There were a lot of orders on their little machine and we were just happen to be one of them. Now. The person who took care of us was fantastic. She was very sweet and just said it'd be a few minutes and so we waited about a 15 minutes 20 minutes for her to get our pizzas for us. But this is not the first time this has happened. I've gone there before where I've ordered it advanced and when I got there they hadn't even started the order even though my phone was telling me if it's ready to be picked up. So although I love their pizza and I did love their service after we got the service. Make sure that if you place an order you might want to call before a hand to make sure it's ready.

They got this young mf taking orders and not using his ears just hearing what he wanna hear than they don’t answer the phone when they mess up your order ? go somewhere else thank me later cause you gone end up mad at home with the wrong pizza
