I travel the country for work. I’ve experienced Pizza Hut has declined in last 10-12 years. This is the 3rd worst pizza I’ve experienced from this chain. I’m an honest reviewer. I will never use Pizza Hut again. Papa John’s from here on out

Nit happy at all I did not receive my food charged 29.997 for food I didn't receive and now have to go to the store to receive my refund and all the lady had to do was switch it to deliver. Very.. 😭 for the food I would have walked for my money they need to send it back faster then they took it 👎👎👎

I want to shout out Ms Jessica I had a fantastic meal at Pizza Hut tonight! The pizza and wings was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor l. opted for a large one topping pizza with boneless wings, and it did not disappoint - the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a generous amount of cheese and toppings. Jessica was friendly and attentive, and the service was fast despite the busy atmosphere.

I'm very unhappy with this pizza😡 What am I paying money for? for a piece of dough? Why are there so few mushrooms? Why is there so little chicken? Why are there so few pineapples? I want to cry because of the pizza that arrived for me 😭
Didn't call to let me know they were out of Dr.Pepper. Hung up the phone when I asked why I was not called. They gave me a super cheap soda that I absolutely hate. Dr. Wham.

Ordered online. Door Dash deliverer said they missed the order. Then they screwed up the order. Took 1.5 hrs to get food from a place 1.5 miles away. Lesson learned. Call it in and go get it yourself. Will not order from them again. We are lucky that we have another a out 2.5 miles away.

Picked a pre set delivery time, my pasta dish arrived 20 minutes late and cold without utensils. After ordering I received a text that it would be delivered by DoorDash. I called the store and was told we are out of utensils and when ordering it should have said delivery handled by DoorDash, which it did not! I was offered no solutions or compensation by the store manager. Horrible customer service, would highly recommend AGAINST doing business with this location.
