So my uncle ordered a pizza and his app said that the pizza was delivered. We opened the door to check to see but there was no pizza. So we called and the employee was very rude. She interrupted me 4 times rudely by saying “‘did you not hear what I said” are you being dumb? She then said it was sent by DoorDash and if we check our phone we should be able to track with them do I have keep explaining myself. I have never experienced such rude and disrespectful customer service and she should be fired.

Ordered at 557p.m. got an ETA delivery time of 621p.m. got notification at 607p.m. saying my food was delivered. Called the store at 652p.m. after not receiving it and the manager attitude was horrible. Told me my food was otw and that it don't matter what the tracker says I'll get my food in my hand. THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE AS WELL ABOUT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

I bought two pizzas and was forced to give them to my dogs, which was a real treat for them, I'm sure. The $60 I spent on delivery was a total waste. At first glance, I thought they looked pretty crummy, and let me tell you, they tasted even worse. The presentation was laughable, like something a kid would whip up with a pizza-making kit. The quality was super subpar. And here's the kicker: I had no other food at home, but I still decided to toss it. I mean, I literally had zero other options, but I just couldn't bring myself to eat that crap.

Placed a simple order online. Went and picked it up. There was a young man employee seating in one chair with his feet in the other on the phone. Im just waiting phone ring out the hook still no one came to the counter. Then sees me gets up and starts making pizza orders. Im still at the counter no one around. He see me again never did he ask do I need help here for a pickup none thing. Finally the front counter person walks in Finally I can go now it pouring rain im just over it. Never again

Jessika is such a great manager. She goes above and beyond to help people anyway she can. No matter how busy the store is she always has a great attitude. She is so appreciated. She’s very genuine.
This Pizza Hut doesn't have drivers, they use Dasher. Ordered over $100 worth of food for my employees. Got a call from the Door Dasher and he told me he was at the incorrect address. He told me if I give him more money he would go to the correct address. I called the manager and she told me it was my fault and then hung up in my face. You got the wrong one because I will not let this go. You are a horrible role model for the employees that are working under you and for you on your shift.

I travel the country for work. I’ve experienced Pizza Hut has declined in last 10-12 years. This is the 3rd worst pizza I’ve experienced from this chain. I’m an honest reviewer. I will never use Pizza Hut again. Papa John’s from here on out

Nit happy at all I did not receive my food charged 29.997 for food I didn't receive and now have to go to the store to receive my refund and all the lady had to do was switch it to deliver. Very.. 😭 for the food I would have walked for my money they need to send it back faster then they took it 👎👎👎
