The thick lady with the short bald cut walked around eating pizza HERSELF (as her rude daughter that attends LEE per her joggers stated and whispered about us) instead of ever greeting us at all as we stood there nearly 20' minutes. The larger gentleman who made the pizza helped us in between his prepping orders

Greeted me when I walked in. They seemed busy making more orders, but even so, I only had to wait a few minutes to be handed my order. Waiting area was a bit dirty. Pizza ordered was on time and tasted great, toppings were plentiful.

Food was good but the welcome to pizza hut wasn't there. The place is a delivery hub looks like it. That might explain the dry reception. Good food though.

I order pizza for my husband for the Superbowl game Sunday the 11. I order a large 3 topping pizza like I always do they charged me $33.21 so see if wasn't being ripped off I ordered a pizza from a different store which charged $12.09. I call the store and customer service I spoke with the young man at the Pizza Hut call center he saw where they over charged me but claimed he couldn't do nothing about it so then I called customer service where the lady stated that she would forward my ticket to upper management where I heard anything from anybody yet. They took my money and fail to reply to me. I feel some kind of way about my hard earn money being taking. Especially when the pizza didn't have all the toppings. I don't know why it's so hard to get into with management at this store the phone was busy until they closed. I changed my favorite store to Vaughn Rd.

Customer satisfaction is not the goal. Placed an order online called to confirm the order and it was still incorrect when I arrived to pick up. Instead of making a new pizza they added cheese to the first one and placed it back in the oven. The pizza was hard and burnt.

The food was good but the customer service was rude.Parking: The parking lot had tras everywhere.
Horrible customer service. The manager and the workers are incompetent. We were returning customers on a spot that already had such bad reviews. Idiotic ass ppl. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Place order at 605 pm, was told one order was ahead of ours that it be delivered in 40-50 minutes. 65 minutes later I called to find out where it was at? Got told he was on his way, and she would have manager call me. 15 minutes later I called again no pizza yet, she tries telling me that well he had the order before mine to deliver and I told her she SAID 40-50 minutes for mine to be delivered. She said she call the driver and have him call me. NOW it's 90 minutes after I ordered, and I call again TELLING her that she was to have manager call or driver call and still waiting to hear back, telling her that I should get a refund or something of discount on next order. Pizza arrives as I was talking to her and it was cold, breadsticks were cold. She said there no way because he just left with it from store. NO way she offers to make a fresh pizza and it's like I"M not waiting another 90 minutes. She stated she would put $15 credit on my account.
