I’m hardly ever the one to make a complaint because I know how it feels to work in customer service. However, tonight I watched a young man make my pizzas and come serve me while two other employees walked around and didn’t even acknowledge me. Davion made my pizza and provided excellent customer service. I truly hope he can be an example for his coworkers because he was the only one showing pride in his work.

There was No marinara sauce on the pizza!! When I called to address my concerns the manager was VERY Unprofessional and told me to talk to the cook and did NOT offer any solutions about the problem. Will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!! Ridiculous

Order said ready, get there given bad news no food for your order. All excuses as why, but no answer when asked other than were out.

Definitely disappointed. The person at the register was friendly, but that’s where the good experience ended. My order was clearly messed up, and no one—especially the manager, Shaun D.—took accountability. No apology, no explanation, no effort to make it right.
I waited over an hour and 30 minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready in 19. You do the math.
When I finally got the pizzas, they were made incorrectly. They offered to remake them, but didn’t offer a refund—or even let me keep the incorrect ones. Only after I asked about it did the young lady speak to Shaun D., who reluctantly agreed to issue a refund.
Then, to top it off, he told her that because he refunded me, they wouldn’t remake the pizzas. So after all that waiting, I walked away with nothing but frustration and wasted time.
Horrible customer service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I won’t be coming back.

On an incredibly busy Tuesday, someone in the kitchen made a small mistake on my order. The kind of mistake anyone would make. No problem whatsoever.
But the staff and management—especially Tay—were so unbelievably kind and generous. Not only did they replace the mistaken order, but they offered me a complimentary drink while I waited, they kept my order warm in the meantime, and made sure I felt taken care of the entire time.
There isn’t a restaurant in America that you can go to and not experience the occasional mixup. But it is *exceedingly rare to meet a staff anywhere that is so generous, driven to please, thoughtful and kind.
Will undoubtedly be my Hut location of choice moving forward.

Ordered online, didn’t have what I wanted. Had to make a 15 minute drive for no reason. They didn’t call to let me know or anything.
They were short-staffed but they did the best they could. Food was still just as good as always
They didn't have the cheesy bites pizza that we really wanted now nor stuffed crust but I thank the manager for calling to let me know once I placed my online order. She replaced it with a meatlover's for the same price and that was so nice of her. Overall, everything tasted good & we got full. Think my super Supreme could've had a few more toppings lol but it was still good 😁💕
The Store is very busy and you get your food in a timely manner and the staff is very helpful
